We stayed at Pine Ridge whilst we visited family. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and our room was fabulous. Everywhere was very clean. The bedroom was exceptional and well appointed and the en-suite was exceptional with a huge bath and shower and soft comfy towels. We would recommend the accommodation.

Luxurious stay

We had not previously visited. I found the place using TripAdvoser and it sounded promising as an adults-only Bed and Breakfast. We were not disappointed. The room - we had the mellow yellow room - was spacious and the en-suite bathroom almost as large. The Covid-19 protocols were very robust and closely administered and followed. In the absence of cooked breakfasts the owner had reduced the number of guests that could be accommodated overall and had also switched to providing a mixed and inventive continental breakfast, the components for which had to be ordered the previous evening through the Whats App link she encouraged us to set up on our phones. The whole set up was very high quality, and everything was spotlessly clean. There was good off-road parking at the front. we were sent very clear and detailed instructions by email before we arrived. Further instructions, with a touch of humour thrown in about local eating places for example, were available in our room.

A quiet and spacious location for a weekend away

Our third stay at this wonderful B&B, our second time in the 'Yellow Mellow' room and as usual everything was up to the very high standard provided by Jill.  Will always try to stay here when visiting family in Corfe Mullen.

Another wonderful nights stay

My husband stayed for a couple of nights whilst attending the Bournemouth airshow and an autojumble , the room was great, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and was welcomed by Jill. There is off road parking.

Lovely B&B

Amazing BB and host. We stayed for 5 nights in the 'Yellow Mellow' room. It had everything we needed for a comfortable  stay and was spotless. Good location to get to many of the seaside resorts. Jill was very friendly and her overnight oats were yummy!!! We would recommend these as well as the BB itself!

Gem of a BB

Located within walking distance of Broadstone village and a couple of pubs which are good for eating, is the delightful Pine Ridge guest house. It is located just off a fairly busy road so there is a bit of road noise in the evenings but it was not a problem.  Though the property is about 15 minutes drive from Poole central and Sandbanks access was easy and it was a fairly straight forward drive. 

Run by Jill Webber, a very genial and helpful host, everything about the place is excellent and I cannot recommend it too highly.
We paid £285 for three nights which included a COVID-19 friendly breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The breakfast included fruit juice, a muffin, a bacon or ham roll, a yoghurt mixed with granola and fruit, and various other bits and pieces. 
Our bedroom contained a large double bed, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 easy chairs, and even a fan!  It also had eye masks (to avoid early morning light) and was spotlessly clean and new.  There was fresh milk, cold water and many biscuits, chocolates, tea bags and coffee bags too. 
The brand new bathroom had a large bath, shower, two wash basins, toilet and everything else you could wish for! 
The property is immaculately kept and most of the fittings appeared to be brand new.

Absolutely fantastic!

Our stay at Pine Ridge was great until we had the breakfast to go, the following three morning. We were told ahead that it was a breakfast to go, but what we didn’t expect was the food to be stone cold. First morning was egg and bacon on sandwiches (stone cold) couldn’t eat. The second was sausage (stone cold). The third my  choose Was smoked salmon and creamed cheese, the salmon I’m afraid to say didn’t taste fresh, although I know from Jill she was going shopping for it. All in all the breakfasts spoilt the stay. I understand the problems at the moment,but surely the food could of been cooked and served hot. We feel Jill did these the night before, as they were so cold. With this came a bowl of oats with fruit On top, looked great but I really am sorry to say, that night I was vomiting the oats up, as had had a little after dinner.

Not the best time to go

This is a great location for Poole and the Channel Islands ferry. Stayed two nights and was well looked after. CV19 protection was excellent, cold packed breakfast because of restrictions and this was good, I would be happy with this on a regular basis if I stayed again. (I would stay again but normally I have a dog with me, which Jill doesn’t accept). Definitely recommend Pine Ridge, you won’t be disappointed. 

Great location 

A warm friendly welcome, a quiet location, off road parking, spotless, well equipped tasteful spacious room showing no sign of ware, cotton sheets, fresh milk and non sachet tea, sugar and coffee. A wonderful breakfast with a wide range of cereals, teas, preserves and hot meal options. Large breakfast room with a sofa and TV. 

Only four rooms so cosy, personal and yet very professional.

Excellent location only 3miles from Poole centre. Stayed bed &breakfast for two nights.  Very warm welcome from Jill the owner.  Lovely large room and adjoining bathroom, decor excellent.  Lots of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Breakfast , lots of choice including catering for any allergies.  Would go there again.
