Went with both my adult children, their partners and grandchildren. So we aged from 64 to 20 months.
I was given a free upgrade on my room which was very kind. Our rooms were warm and 
very comfortable, with plenty of room for the grandchildren. 
The staff were great with the little ones and nothing was too much trouble,
The pool was great and the children all loved splashing around.
We had a lovely time here and will be going back again this year for our pre Christmas break.

Family pre Christmas break

We booked New Park Manor after receiving a dining delights voucher and we were thoroughly impressed. FOH were fantastic, really on it and super friendly. We ordered the pork belly, steak, fish & chips .. and of course desert. All were fantastic, especially my steak which was cooked perfectly to my preference. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return, thank you so much!

Food Amazing!

This quirky hotel is constrained by its original building but as a family friendly venue it can hardly be bettered . Why? How? Because its staff are exemplary. Courteous, helpful, kind and even generous. Five Stars from our family.

Great Family Venue 

I’ve just got back from a wonderful stay with my dog sunny. I booked the waggy tails package for two nights. First off would love to say thank you for the complimentary upgrade to the Ash room which gave a lovely forest view with sites of horses pigs and other wildlife. The attention to detail was amazing and cute. When I arrived they had set out a bed, bowls and a welcome pack of goodies for sunny. The afternoon tea that was included was wonderful especially it being accompanied with a glass of fizz. Sunny definitely enjoyed his. The restaurant for food was lovely. Even have a menu for dogs. Which sunny had the chicken veggies and gravy. Everyone from the people at reception, the restaurant to the cleaners were so wonderful and welcoming. So helpful with suggestions on where to go for a walk in the forest.

 Was told it will be refurbished soon. Hopefully will return once it’s finished. 

Mini break for me and my pooch.

Recently stayed here, the food in the restaurant is absolutely magnificent. In general, the dishes are absolutely excellent, but the dessert - the sticky toffee, was one of the best I ever ate. Would reccomend anyone who likes good food to stay here, which combined with the amazing quiet and undisturbed nature makes for a fabulous experience.

Have just returned from a two night stay on a Red Letter Days voucher. The hotel is up a very long driveway & is surround by fields so no traffic noise.
We received a warm welcome & I was delighted with our room. Fairly big room next to the spa with a huge bathroom. There were tea/coffee making facilities & fresh milk.
As part of our deal we had an allowance towards dinner on the first night. The food was fresh, well cooked & delicious ...  with cheerful friendly service. Good wine list.
Breakfast was also good with a lot of choice.
The greatest asset of the hotel is it's staff they were without exception all excellent ... all cheerful with nothing being any trouble.
It is a family hotel & there were quite a few toddlers there & they were well catered for with early supers in a separate dining room.
It was lovely to see families having fun together but it was rather noisy at breakfast. As a person who likes a calm breakfast this is the only thing that would put me off staying again ... that was the only reason that i gave 4 stars. However, I enjoyed our experience.

Good family hotel

Booked for a spa day with friend and was disappointed.  The treatments were very good and lunch was enjoyable although big portions which proved quite carb heavy.  The changing area needs updating and was quite dangerous with water all over the floor and the spa slippers skidded on the wet surface.  Although the hotel mentioned 'family friendly' attributes, the pool was totally dominated by families with children.  The noise/acoustics made our day quite unpleasant so we left much earlier than planned.  Won't be returning.

Not the best spa experience

We have just returned from a three night stay, and would highly recommend.  The staff are some of the most friendly, helpful and welcoming that I think we have ever come across in all our travels around the world. The room and spa were clean and most comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The choice of breakfast, both continental and cooked was very good. The situation of the hotel was excellent for exploring the New Forest area. Would certainly love to return one day.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

We popped in for a last minute twilight spa with afternoon tea.  The food was delicious, and plentiful.  The service was amazing, we had a lovely hotel attendant called Adam, and  the facilities were clean and everything that was needed was provided.

Really disappointed in the spa at New Park, they recently increased the membership by over 50%. 
They has been no update to the spa in years, the experience showers do not work and the pool and hydrotherapy’s pools temperature fluctuates daily. 
The outdoor areas are dated and in need of repair and replacing . 
The members have been loyal to the spa as times have been tough with covid and now inflation. 
It’s appalling they haven’t offered us the same loyalty in return. 
Wouldn’t recommend as very tired property.
