Spent a lovely few days in Burry Port & can't wait to return.
We were greeted by the owner David on arrival & shown to our room (room 4), the room was clean, spacious & quiet. 
A good night's sleep was followed by a hearty breakfast that set us up for the day ahead.
The Globe is situated a stone's throw from the train station & multiple eating establishments.
I would highly recommend The Globe to anyone & everyone & cannot wait to return in the future.
The bottled water in the room was a nice touch & I loved the artwork.

First time visitor to Burry Port & I can't wait to return

We had a two night stay here and were very impressed with our room, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the en-suite bathroom excellent.
David, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful, he wasn't phased when we asked for an earlier breakfast as we were taking part in an Ultra Marathon on the Sunday morning.
I would definitely recommend staying here and will return when we are back in Burry Port 


Burry Port B&B

This is my second visit since my last stay ? Lol x I'm a very , very private person and a visitor to lots and lots of very fine places in the UK and to other interesting and fine places, in our,  big bad beautiful , World !
Burry Port is my new Home , everyone ! And this is where I'm going to stay , forever ! I promise !
My room at The Globe,  is so private , and spacious and it's still, full of Fishing Cottage character, I feel ? Lol x
I've found , yet another, life's special,  Sanctuary,  in my sad and very lonely life as a,  Constant Traveller , and soon,  Another, very,  happy, Globe Trotter, as well ,  Everyone ! So , please,  watch this space !
The Globe's Full English Breakfast, is still the very,  best Big Breakfast , in Town !
And, much,  better, than before ! These,  New Proprietors, took over in 2019 ! And the food would have played a very important part with regards to their, latest Ratings .
They have just secured, their, first and most impressive,   9.7 out 10 , Rating for 2020, from,  Booking .com ! 
This is no mean,  feat , to achieve, for such a Young and Self employed couple ! 
I'm clearly , not the only, regular customer , to advise all,  potential customers , via reviews on , all the Reviewer websites , of this very important fact ! Lol x 
Good luck to the new owners and lovers of The Globe Hotel Bed and Breakfast x  and be Luckky! Again , but this time , via Trip Advisors, like me, Denise Luckky Gillette,  and their personal reviews !

Home from My Homes, down the Street in Burry Port , Llanelli !

Stayed at The Globe with my parents to visit some family. Very comfortable and cosy rooms, hearty breakfast to start the day and a great host in David. Very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful and polite to talk to. Very welcoming due to us being delayed by traffic and arriving later than planned. 
Considering this place being adjacent to 3 pubs, you could not hear loud noise coming from either. Literally a stones throw from the train station and a 5 min walk from the beach. 
Well recommended and will definitely visit again

A Star

Just had a one night stay here as property hunting and hoping to relocate to this lovely area.    
The guesthouse is very well situated right in the heart of things but was still really quiet.  Room was very nice, with a good ensuite, comfortable bed and beverage facilities including bottled water.
Breakfast was lovely and really enjoyed having it cooked for us, as we own a guest house ourselves and it is usually us doing the cooking.
Thank you for your great hospitality and would stay again.

Great overnight stay

Excellent welcome, very friendly people in a central location for the town and attractions. Large ensuite rooms with a first-class breakfast. We will definitely be returning to visit in the future, probably several times!

Friendly and genuine welcome.

I stayed here with my 7 year old son while we were visiting the nearby Pembrey race circuit.
On arrival we were kindly welcomed by the owners and shown to our room.
We had a very spacious family room which was clean and nicely decorated.
Breakfast was very nice with a choice of cereal, toast and cooked breakfast.
My sons teddy had a close encounter with some tomato sauce which was kindly washed for him by the owners and he was given another to keep while this one dried. A nice kind thought.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend. 

Welcome stay 

Our visit to burry port was a sad and emotional one, but Margaret & Mike’s hospitality was exceptional. Lovely, caring couple who would do anything for you , have told everyone back home about our lovely stay and of course that gorgeous breakfast.   It’s been a long while since I shared a room with my 2 sisters , and the room we had was clean & comfortable, thanks again mike & Margaret xx

Best breakfast ever😋

I returned home yesterday after a very emotional couple of days following the death of my brother.
I travelled from London with my two sisters to Burry Port, the guest house is less than 100 yards away from the station. Hope & Anchor pub right next door.

Mike and Margaret are so friendly and the breakfast is fantastic ,matches any AI hotel . We had a family room with a double & single bed, tea & coffee facilities, large en suite bathroom with toiletries & hairdryer.

Mike makes a mean blueberry muffin.

Best Breakfast 

My friend and I received a warm welcome at the Globe last week.  Our room was homely and comfortable with a good size en suite shower room and the substantial cooked breakfast set us up for a day walking.  Margaret and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful.
