Exceptional customer service and food of a high stand  immaculate The hotel was spotless  The staff worked well together and were respectful and very professional They went over and above to accommodate a meeting we had in the morning due to adverse conditions phone/internet was poor 

FANTASTIC

My room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, my bed was the same as well as being really comfortable. The breakfast on offer was more than adequate. Best thing of all was the staff, from reception to cleaning everyone I encountered was helpful polite and professional. I look forward to my next stay at Manchester Bury Premier Inn.

Rooms were abit dated but the beds were so comfortable, had the best nights sleep.  There is everything in the room you need.  Breakfast was great, freshly cooked food, even eggs were lovely and soft, service was great by Jo and Nina.  Coffee machine needed emptied and was sorted straight away.  Stayed at the Village hotel night before and oayed alot more but nowhere near as good as premier inn.

The most incredible staff! Have gone above and beyond for my hen night they put complimentary prosecco and a lovely note so amazing! Thank you so much!!! We are so grateful for your hospitality! Will definitely be back! 

The best time! 

Staff were never available around the ground floor when required for enquiries, even after ringing the bell several times at reception. Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes before anyone appeared and that was only because a young girl arrived for the start of her shift. This pattern continued when trying to book breakfasts and request room cleans etc.
Parking is overpriced given the cost of the room, surely a deal could be made for guests between the two companies given the size of the business and the proximity to the car park.
I was told I was unable to order a second breakfast to take up to my partner, who was feeding our baby in our room, even though we paid for 2 breakfasts. Apparently this was due to ‘the policy’, even after explaining that we’d paid for two as listed on our booking.
Extractor fan in room was filthy and the water was barely warm out of the sink taps to wash our hands/baby bottles.
The cot we were provided with in our room was broken, so our child slept in his carry cot for the duration of our stay.

Staff mostly unavailable.

We came here for a weekend stay during half term  , staying in a family room. The hotel staff, reception, bar staff and restaurant were very welcoming and displayed good customer service. Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean and well presented,  so to was our room. Our room looked out on to the train track but the noise was minimal. No problem at all.

We had an evening dinner in the restaurant,  quite good value  and food was warm and everyone was happy with their meals . The bolgnese was quite bland but edible. We also had breakfast,  there was a lot of  choice and the restaurant staff kindly did us scrambled egg for the children (as only fried eggs were displayed).  Good value, especially with the 'kids eat free' offer

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The single bed was springy, dust behind the door, and the water was really sweet and odd tasting,

Got spare pillows but they were ripped yet useable.

Not enough white sugar, dirty cups.

Unpowerful shower.

Our experience

The room was far too cramped for a family of 4, the sofa bed was hard and very squeaky, but by far the worst was the temperature. The air con couldn't be set less than 17 degrees which is far to hot at night. We left the window open but then this made us hear all the noises from outside.  We asked staff to change the air con which they did and it made a difference, but the cooling mode switched off during the night and made it very uncomfortable from 3am.

The breakfast was decent though and excellent value for money, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and tidy and not too busy.  The lifts are a little small but there are 2 of them but this is a minor matter.  

Please put families of 4 in bigger rooms and sort the ait con out, and this would be a fantastic hotel

Hotel was in a good location, price for the 2 nights was really good and as always the beds were super comfy. I travelled alone with a 9 year old child and I felt safe :-) Hotel was easy to find but parking was a bit expensive when you have to pay for 2 x nights.

Considering the hotel was next to the tram station I was not disturbed by the trams, I slept very well both nights.
