I have stayed here too many times to mention and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are tidy and breakfast is very good with a good choice of options. Service is polite and efficient both in the hotel and in the restaurant.
There’s plenty of parking and out of the 2 Premier inns located in Macclesfield then this one is the best option.

Either way you look at it, Macclesfield is a nightmare to drive around as it’s constantly backed up at the lights and roundabouts highlighting an infrastructural issue in relation to increasing traffic and people so no matter where you stay it’s wise to add 15 -30 minutes to a journey as to compensate for the congestion.

Quiet hotel- pity about Macclesfield’s traffic!

Staff on reception was very professional.  Reminded us that we had prepaid for our breakfast and booked our slot. Room was warm. Housekeeping left additional items that we normally use as they remembered us from before,  so there was an extra quilt and iron already in our room.. 

Overnight visit

Lovely stay, room was spotless and beds very comfy, check in was very smooth and the girl on the desk (Chloe) was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely food at the adjoining restaurant too. I will be back 

Great customer service

Room is spotless, the staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming. The Beefeater pub, Ian, Mark Veronica and all of the other staff are very friendly, extremely welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. I make a purpose of staying here when I am here for work.

Excellent service very friendly staff. A special mention to Andy, who cleaned our room, Jenny , who was very welcoming in reception and Mark in the restaurant.  We stayed over a week and will definitely be back!

Weight

A large and comfortable room. Mediocrity of accommodation due to a very unpleasant layout. The young man who returned to the service was very professional and available.

Good price, but be careful with the reception.

The typical English-style hotel is very secluded, but quiet for that. You should definitely have a car at your disposal, for which there are enough free parking spaces available. The rooms are constantly renovated and are mostly good. The bed is absolute top. In the bathroom there is a water-pressure shower and a separate faucet for cold and warm water. For this, the food in the area is very good and is very well received by the local population. The breakfast is also good and is prepared and served on order, except for the side dishes (buffet). Drinks and sweets are available at the entrance at the vending machine. Practically there is also a vending machine in the area.

Only by car

I only stayed there for one night, but it was enough. The hotel is on the A. of the world, and you need a rental car to get out of there. The room was clean and big, the bed was superior to a hotel of this price range! Unfortunately, the bathroom is not quite what I expected from a hotel. But we are used to English hotels not having a one-hander for water. The hotel-affiliated restaurant is quite fine, the Continental Breakfast that was booked for me is unfortunately very poor and not worth the money. Toast, jam, cereal and a few juices, which was. Cheese, sausage, eggs,... must be ordered expensive. The same applies to the Internet in W.Lan, but it must be paid in advance.
