Stayed in the self catering apartment. What a fabulous place. Fantastic views, friendly welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment itself is lacking nothing. Kitchen with everything. Very comfy bed. You’ll not be disappointed if you stay here.

Superb

Stayed here for 2 nights and can't recommend enough. The self catering apartment is immaculately clean with everything you need. Scotty and Anna have thought of everything and we loved the wee touches such as biscuits and sweets on arrival and more sweets for our journey home. A mention also to their wee dog Mac who is so cute and friendly!
Thank you both for your super hospitality, wealth of knowledge about the area, nothing was too much trouble and fabulous breakfasts!

Peaceful, relaxing and super helpful hosts.

Wow!  Rooms are relaxing and comfortable.  I wanted to just sink into my room for the week but there were other things to do. The loch, the garden, the walk along the road. “Honesty boxes” for eggs and bracelets…Morning walks were beautiful filled with misty fog and reflections of castles and boats on the water.  One word, refreshed.

Hidden gem

Excellent stay from every point of view. Lovely room, spotless, great breakfast, excellent hosts, made to feel very welcome especially by the head of guest relations, a super little dog called Mac! Fantastic location. Can’t praise enough. They really did think of everything to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you.

Excellent stay, highly recommended

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here.
Location is amazing - wonderful views and very relaxing 
The accommodation was very clean, tidy and full of everything you would need. The owners have gone to great lengths in supplying useful information packs as well as recommendations for visits in the local area. They have a water front private garden where you can have a bbq.
We went to carrick farm - just further down from rowan house where you can hire canoe , kayak and sup boards. Splendid walking routes right from your front door ! 
Great holiday location and we would recommend staying at Rowan House 
- I would recommend a visit to Benmore botanical gardens to go see the redwood trees ( the largest living organisms on our planet) and it’s on the mountain side which offers some lovely views. The gift shop is also brilliant. 
There is a boat hire / coffee shop on the left hand side before you get to rowan house which is also worth a visit - for their fantastic coffee , cakes (good value for money) and amazing waterside views. …..

Great views - well equipped self catering apartment

Lovely room, very attentive owners, a lot of choice for breakfast, comfortable beds. Beautiful spot out front to admire the loch and enjoy the tranquility. Friendly dog came to greet me as I arrived too. 

A must

There's not much to say about this B&B except a word: wonderful. We had a twin bed room, which was perfectly comfortable and overlooked the garden at the back of the house. Everything needed was in the room up to the details (hair drying, towel to unmake up, fridge,...). We slept very well, the b&B bed was perfect. The B&B is the same, all the comforts are present, including a microwave dining room, a beach with long chairs and even some sports facilities, a super breakfast and a beautiful hospitality. The location: What a B&B is in a very close proximity, a very beautiful lake of natural beauty, so we can get you out of the hotel, which is almost 10 km away from the nearest hotel, and thanks to the help of our car, we have found a very nice place to stay in the nearby hotel, and we can get you out of the nearby hotel, which is a very nice and friendly place, and we can't get you out of the nearby hotel, and if we can't get you out of the nearest hotel, we can't get you

It's wonderful.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hotels. Very large and clean room. Various and delicious lunch. Very well placed. We highly recommend this place where we spent an excellent two-night stay.
