Was only at the hotel briefly, order a twin room and got a double, I asked for it to be changed but they couldn’t, then get to the room and there was no remote control asked for 1 didn’t get it, someone brought a put up bed and I said thanks and that I would put it up myself, came back after going out and it had been done for me ?? Is that aloud ??

Good sized room, very clean. Good choice of breakfast.

Overhead shower and no shower cap. Had to stand half-way out of spray to avoid wetting hair.

It was in the process of being refurbished, so we had a virtually brand new room. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
What was bad
Because of the refurbishment some of the corridor carpets were dusty and the wing we were in had scaffolding around it. But no real problems at all.

What was bad
Food available for eve meal-ordered mushroom pizza came as cheese and tomato with no mushrooms. Sent it back and mushrooms were added to the pizza so when it came back out it wasn’t crispy it was soggy.
