Linksview Guesthouse is a beautiful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and a very friendly welcome. Breakfasts are cooked to order and there is a good choice also of cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurts. The owners are very pleasant people who obviously enjoy what they do. If you are a golfer this would be an ideal location with the links across the road. There is street parking and a free carpark is also available.Our room had an enormous bed which was very comfortable and the ensuite was first class.

A first class place to stay

Cozy place with good atmosphere. Phil and June took care of four golfers for four nights. Personal service and great helpfulness, when we needed more golf tours and transport around, they fix!  We stood up for brilliant breakfast all days during our stay. We can truly recommend the place as a base for a tour in the area's fantastic golf courses

Great place to be!

Four of us were playing golf at Carnoustie and one of our group had chosen this guest house for a 2 night stay. What a lovely place. It is a very quiet location. We had a very enjoyable stay here.  I could not fault it for the rooms were superb in comfort and cleanliness.There was a plentiful breakfast provided. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.There is abundant parking opposite and for golfers it is a very short walk to the course. It is ideal if you are playing Carnoustie.

Very good B&B

Just returned from a 3 night stay. The purpose of our visit was for me to tick something of my bucket list - playing Carnostie's Championship Course. Neither the guest house or the golfing experience disappointed. The only thing which let it down was my score!!!

Rooms at the guest house are spacious, clean, with large comfortable beds, free wifi, and remote tv. Breakfasts are excellent and cooked just to your liking. For golfers there is a separate room to keep your clubs and there is free parking outside, and directly across from, the guest house.

Ideally located for both the Burnside and Championship courses with both being a few minutes walk away. Carnoustie itself was quieter than we expected but we were comparing it to St Andrews. We ate at the 19th hole for 2 nights and the Station Hotel on our last night. Food and prices at both establishments were excellent.

Would we return to the Linksview or recommend it?- Definitely!!

Lovely Stay

Stayed here for a few nights on business it was clean however Mr & Mrs happy really need to put a smile on there face it's evident they are due for retiring, no music at breakfast unless you want to listen to your neighbour chewing bacon I wouldn't bother, 
felt their hosting lacked basic smile or helpful skills everything appeared to be an effort... seeing as Carnoustie is not a regular place for me, not that cheap back up in Carnoustie for more business & staying elsewhere decided it was better to pay that bit extra  xtra it has definitely been taken off our recommendation list for business use..
