A very homely, clean and friendly bed and breakfast. We would stay again.
Charming seventeenth century former farmhouse full of character.
The hosts were very hospitable.
Very conveniently situated in beautiful Blagdon. 

Agreeable stay.

We stayed for a single night but hosts Annie and Barry were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, We stayed in the Iris room and it was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless, would use again and recommend.

Local Wedding

I stayed for 2 lovely nights. Such a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. Annie and Barry are lovely hosts...Holly is gorgeous too. Breakfast is  locally sourced and yummy!! Thank you both for everything :) x

We stayed with Annie and Barry for 2 nights for a friend’s wedding nearby. We stayed in the Daffodil room, which is lovely with everything you could need and a great en suite - but the best part was the full English! Thank you both for being such friendly and attentive hosts. 

Local wedding

We arrived at the old farmhouse to a lovely friendly welcome by Annie and Barry the owners.
We were then shown to the  daffodil room and our case had already been taken up , Annie explained everything about the room. Onsuite a bonus and gave us fresh milk for our tea,very bright and airy room .That night popped down the road to the pub which had lovel views over the lake then a quick walk back and a comfortable night bed is 10 out of 10.
Breakfast the next day was excellent best I’ve had on all my travels.

Relaxing break

I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a party in the next village.  Comfortable room, tasty breakfast and friendly owners.  Would recommend the Daffodil room which is light and airy with 2 windows.

Cosy cottage

Thank you to Annie and Barry for a lovely comfortable stay. We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at nearby Coombe Lodge. Hosts were very accommodating, beautiful setting and the much needed full English was delightful the morning after! Hope to stay again soon.  

Lovely one night stay 

Stayed here last night after a wedding at Coombe lodge. Lovely reception and such wonderful and welcoming owners! Could not ask for more in a b&b. Full of character and the building is beautifully cared for. Stayed in the Ensuite room and the bed was the largest I think I've ever slept it!!! Tea and coffee was available and there was even biscuits to help ourselves too! Breakfast was yummy and loved chatting to the owners... and the cheeky little cuddle I got with Holly their dog :) Got to see the garden as we were leaving and again ... stunning!! Make sure you have a look at the garden. Thank you so much - we've never been made to feel so at home. Would love to stay again!!

Beautiful English B&B

We chose this hotel, despite its distance from Cheddar, because we liked its typically village-style, colorful style. The hotel is in an old farmhouse, so the rooms are spacious, bright. There's a lake near the hotel. The breakfast was also village-style - plenty of full English breakfast and a deliciously baked coffee. Parking and free internet.
