One would think in this day and age hotels/apartments would have at the very minimum AC when temperatures are circa 30 degrees centigrade at night and even a small television. 
My sincere advice is pay a few pounds more and go to a proper hotel where at least you will be able to sleep no matter how hot it is. 
This place is more like a poor copy of student accommodation!!

An excellent room with facilities that respect customers. Everything brand new, well maintained, clean. Studio room, quiet, great location, some free parking, free wifi, very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the owners are two fantastic people always willing to help. Thank you Hatbox! I miss u!

I loved my staying there

The accommodation is nice; you get what you pay for. You have access to an ensuite and a small kitchen area which is really handy. We were put on the 9th floor for the weekend, presumably to keep away from the students. Only problems were that the bathroom door didn't close (and faced into the room so you could be seen on the toilet in the mirror, no matter how hard you pulled), the TV didn't work - didn't seem to be able to get a signal on any channel, and despite having a sofa bed (which was advertised on the listing), there was only one throw at the bottom of the bed for it which wasn't really enough. We didn't ask for extra blankets though so I don't know if there are more available or not. We had a comfortable stay though and its very easy to get to from town or the airport.

Nice enough for Luton

Stayed here on two occasions, first time was in October 2016, Booked the studio which was nice, on 8th floor with great view of the town since one whole wall is just glass. It was clean and had en suite bathroom and kitchen.
Second occasion was in April 2017, I booked the suite which was just a standard double room with a view of the neighbouring run down highrise. There are few of these suites that share a common living room which makes up an apartment (which was excellent since I believe no one else was staying there at the time).
Staff was helpful.
All in all cheap and good place for over night with no hassle, just book the studio.

Over night studio

The check-in process is very strange. You have to talk to someone on the phone to give your credit card info when you arrive and you cannot see the room until you pay. There is no parking nearby about a 15-20 minute walk if your luggage is heavy. The receptionist is not nice at all. After all this I left and went else where. Beware you get what you pay for.
