My husband and I have stayed in so many B & B's over the years and this is now our  number one B & B to stay in. This by far is the most beautifully decorated, clean,and friendly B & B we have come across. The breakfast was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming. We booked 3 of their rooms, with family and each one was just immaculate. They even supply a small fridge in the entrance hall for fresh milk and if meds need to be refrigerated it is perfect. My husband saw that there was a bus service that passes in front , if you do not want to walk the 15 min. into Chapel. There are 2 Pubs also in walking distance. Wi Fi  also available.Will definitely return for another stay. Cannot say enough about this place and its owners. Thank so much for a wonderful stay.

Best ever Bed & Breakfast!

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting family. Lovely place. We stayed in a lovely room and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, including the family dog! Clean and comfortable, plenty of parking and close enough to the village without being in the centre, wouldn’t hesitate on returning. 



Lovely

From arrival to departure the smile stayed. Fantastic hoists who could not do enough for you. Clean and well maintained rooms  Breakfast was so good, enough to last you all day. A place you would not hesitate to recommend going to.

A lovely find for our stay in Chapel. Comfy room, nice decor, friendly owners, good breakfast and a nice steady fifteen min stroll into chapel. What more do you need! 
Bonus points for having a cute dog who loves a bit of fuss!

Lovely seaside room

I can honestly say I have never felt more welcome. Gordon and Emmie are a lovely couple who take hospitality seriously. The breakfast was amazing fruit, cereal and a cooked breakfast. The room was clean spacious with everything we needed. I will (and am) stay here again (can't wait). A real gem if I could give it 6 stars I would.

What an absolute gem! Stayed overnight with my husband  and could not rate it high enough. Gordon and Emmie are the perfect hosts. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast amazing. If you are looking for somewhere that little bit more special in Chapel look no further. They do not use booking agents so contact them directly - you wont be disappointed 😊😊

Last minute break!

Stayed over bank holiday weekend after a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did. Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Lovely owners and very relaxed. We’ve already booked to stay again. Highly recommended.

Lovely, friendly place to stay

Just been taken over by new owners who are very helpful and friendly , The guest house is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Brilliant breakfast a real belly buster. Near to all attractions in the area. Stayed there last weekend really enjoyed our stay.

Chapel St Leonards  Hidden Gem

I stayed at the Olivia guest house with my mum for the weekend, it’s the best place to stay ever!! Great full English breakfast, friendly couple who run it! It close enough to walk to the town, beach and chapel point. 

Fantastic place to stay 

I did contact in advance to make sure I would be able to have breakfast. Well, it was the best ever. Three choices of gluten free cereal. Gluten free toast. Also a lovely gluten free sausage. Nothing was too much trouble. The Olivia is the best place I have stayed in. Beautiful room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. I even had gluten free biscuits on the welcome tray. Excellent.
