I recently spent just the one night in this establishment, over the course if the duration, I dealt four members of the team. I'm a guy that never bothers writing reviews, but the service was so impeccable and outstanding with every team member, I had the pleasure to meet the manager Nadhira, it was then obvious where the standard of service derives from. A well oiled engine, and a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys.

Outstanding service

This is a standard Premier Inn.  Everything is what you would expect.  Rooms do not have keycard controlled lighting.  Breakfast is on the premises and there's a high quality of service with hot food being cooked in small batches to ensure it's fresh.

Whilst this may be convenient to travellers on the A12, it's a little isolated and, during the winter, nowhere safe to walk in the evenings.

Clean and comfy family room. Thank you to Jo & Jasmine who looked after us at breakfast. Great, friendly service and very attentive! 

Wouldn’t hesitate in booking at Boreham Premier Inn again. Perfect location for accessing the A12 and where we needed to be!

Lovely stay

After travelling 300 miles we arrived at the hotel at 2.30 pm only to be told that we had to pay £10 or come back in 30 mins.  All we wanted was the toliet and a cup of tea which we tried to explain, but the receptionist was very blunt and rude and said it will be an extra £10 or come back in 30 mins.  I appreciate if you were an hour or more earlier but there has to be a bit of give sometimes and there is ways of telling you and explaining it.  Not by being rude.

Great stay at the hotel - good size room, very clean, quiet & comfortable bed. 

Breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff Jasmine & the lady chef both  very friendly & helpful

The chef kindly advised us to go to  Papermill lock & little Badow as we wanted a close walk

A great stay & friendly staff

I stayed here for one night while on business in the area and was impressed. Check-in was efficient and friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast offering very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again when in the Chelmsford area.

Excellent Business Stay

The Premier Inn has always been our first choice to stop at when going away. At this particular one, we were not very impressed with the breakfast area. As it's a big hotel, the breakfast room was small compared to others we've been to. Staff were doing the best they could, as we could see they were stressed out, but kept calm under pressure,  due to short-staffed. There was only one chef preparing the food, waiting time was about 10 - 15mins for a cooked breakfast, and the queue was long as it was a help yourself. Choices not as varied as other PI. Overall staff went out of their way and did their best for their guests. Will we go back there in the future? Definitely yes.

Very friendly , welcoming and accommodating

Nice location, good size room, excellent buffet breakfast and made even more enjoyable by Jasmine who was very friendly, polite and always a smiling face.  A great asset to the Hotel.  Will be travelling to Chelmsford again shortly and will be sure to stay at this Hotel again.

Very clean and well maintained accommodation.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. I found the reception staff friendly and accommodating. My room was nice and big and very clean. 
Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the lady who was running Breakfast was fantastic. Very polite and welcoming upon entering the dining room.
Bed was very comfortable

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely, nicely cooked and hot with a good selection of food. The location of the hotel is good with good access to local venues.
