We have stayed at the excellent Little Manor several times and it has been consistently outstanding. It is located in a very attractive quiet area with plentiful parking and a beautiful garden. We usually have the downstairs room with garden access and seating if the weather is nice. Breakfast is very flexible - all three rooms have access to a dedicated kitchen which is generously stocked with cereals, bread, croissants, pastries etc and a fridge with cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt and so on so you can choose what you want. Big selection of teas, coffee too. Microwave and oven if you want to heat something up for an evening meal. This makes the arrangements very flexible and a 'home from home'.  Highly recommended

Another wonderful stay at Little Manor 

My older parents stayed once again and were delighted to return. The room, en-suite and kitchen were, as always,  beautifully clean, comfortable and lovely and warm even on the chilliest of days. The views of the garden were lovely too. Krystyna was helpful and kind and offered a good selection of items for breakfast. We highly recommend this guest accommodation in Cheltenham.

Another 5 star stay!

My wife and I booked for the Cheltenham November race meeting. It is a 35 minute walk to the course so Little Manor is very conviently located. Also it is very accessible from the M5 motorway. The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. The outlook onto the garden was lovely with a view of a resident squirrel foraging amongst the autumn leaves which appealed to my wife. In the kitchen there was an ample selection of breakfast food which set us up for the day. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location for Cheltenham races.

This was booked as a surprise Silver wedding couple of nights away by my husband. Krystyna couldn’t have been more welcoming and hospitable to us. As soon as you walked in you could tell how spotlessly clean it was, and it didn’t fall short in any shape or form. The quality of linen and pillows showed in the bedroom and this followed  into the small details in the bathroom too. Our room opened out onto a little patio with a table and chairs, which was so lovely to be able to sit and enjoy a drink and our breakfast there whilst admiring her stunning garden. Guests had a shared kitchen with a lovely choice of pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruit, eggs, hams and cheese and each room had a shelf in the fridge to put items too.  We loved every minute and  will definitely be returning here again. 

Enjoyable and relaxing Stay at The Little Manor

Absolutely beautiful room, spotless and spacious. Having several seating options both in the room and outside in the lovely garden meant that we had choices of where to eat breakfast and where to relax in the evening. We loved having the shared kitchen and the flexibility of choosing when and what to eat. The breakfast offering was excellent and the shared fridge shelf allocation worked well for us. 
Krystyna is a lovely host with a ready smile and an easy manner. We greatly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend The Little Manor, we will be back.

Brilliant place to stay

A superb place to stay, our room was large and spotless with comfortable beds and with patio doors to a large well maintained garden.  The guest kitchen was well stocked for continental style breakfast 9included in the price).

Krystyna, the owner is a top host, charming, approachable and very helpful.

We highly recommend this lovely gem to stay to explore Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds.


I’ve just read the three previous reviews and can confirm that there’s no exaggeration in any of them. 
With only three rooms it’s easy to prepare breakfast in the guest kitchen where you’ll find a more than adequate variety of foods. Especially useful is the ability to prepare evening meals as a change from going to restaurants. Yes there’s an oven hob microwave and utensils.
Sit in the garden,  tour the Cotswolds , visit Cheltenham.

All you could want

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Little Manor, Cheltenham.  The host, Krystyna was very helpful and gracious… gave us great tips and advice on key places of interest in the Cotswolds.

The Little Manor is beautifully appointed with very comfortable amenities.. everything I needed ( including laundry facilities) is there. Very clean and beautiful rooms, lovely garden to relax in. 

It was a memorable and perfect 4 night stay! Highly recommended for visitors driving around the Cotswolds !

Little Manor 49 Church St, Cheltenham - a beautiful B&B

Little Manor was like a home away from home, lovely decor great quality furniture, plenty of space inside with a lovely garden outside to relax in.
The kitchen deserves a mention, it is very well stocked to make a full breakfast and supper in the evening.
And Krystyna our host is so helpful

What a lovely place to stay

Lovely place and the host, Krystyna was a wonderful host providing useful advise on the itinery for seeing The Cotswolds!  Location is great to explore the region. The place is very homely and vegetarian options for breakfast were provided. The garden is beautifully kept and was a relaxing place for having breakfast etc.
