Best give it a miss. They didn’t service the apartment when I was there for 8 days. The bins were not emptied. In the bathroom or kitchen. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, nothing was. They don’t mention the deposit but took £450 as a deposit despite the two nights I stayed was only £175. 

Later the after sales care was terrible they are taking money from my claiming damage. The Manager Sabina just spoke over me on the phone with an exceptionally raised voice, despite a serious incident when I was there.

 She had no customer service skills & this company only cares about money. Despite having gone through Booking.com. After two days I decided to stay on. They charged me variable rates & it was much more expensive than when I first booked. They are extortionists. 

Totally competitive, commercial, unprofessional and they do not care about the customer at all. 

Give it a miss, they only have 3 *** (stars) for a reason.

We booked through booking.com and due to may failures we ended up staying here... however the pictures used were false and when we actually arrived it was absolutely discusting ......

do not book here is is a squat

Appalling rooms and no better than a squat it ruined our stay .... do not stay here

I can’t actually comment on the room as I never stayed there however I made a booking for March next year through booking.com on free cancellation. I had to cancel the booking however the owners would not return my money. I had to raise the issue with Booking.com who have since returned my payment. Be very very wary.

AVOID

We made a 10 day booking by mistake with this company. They charged us within minutes. We contacted them to let them know it was a honest mistake and asked for a refund. All within the same hour. They declined, cancelled the booking and charged us for the entire stay. I consider that theft!

Awful customer service

I stayed in apartment 4 with my husband, son and granddaughter for one night recently. When I booked through Booking.com the reviews were OK. Then the day before arrival I read Trip advisor and was quite apprehensive with all the negative reviews. As promised at the allotted time I was  text the room details and numbers for key as the block is unattended. The apartment was as the photos on the website. Don't get me wrong it wasn't the Ritz but for the cost it was fine. Modern TV, newish carpets, clean beds, good shower and clean bathroom. Even the Wi-Fi was working. True there were 3 vans in the car park with Polish workers but it was quiet without any banging doors even. The biggest drawback was being on the ground floor and corner of 2 sets of traffic lights. There was a lot of road traffic especially as we needed the windows open for the heat.
Definitely not the horrific experience some have written about.
