a reliable destination , A home from home comprising two large apartments over the Seven Fishes Canteen which is situated on the main road. There is free roadside parking out the front ( although it is time limited) and pot luck whether there is a space or not .We always park out the front to offload and then use the enormous meter pay car park just behind the premises the remaining time. The welcome is warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and warm. There is a large patio outside with all weather rattan style furniture for guests to use. This is a perfect spot to stay and visit the surrounding attractions --Brighton, Arundel, Chichester,Bognor etc....

The view from the deck looks over Cowdray Park and, inside, there's every amenity, including a large bottle of milk in the fridge. All the apartment's rooms are spacious, modern and chic so it's incredible value for money. Downstairs is the Seven Fishes Grill where they take their/your food very seriously. The only problem is that the (excellent) breakfast isn't served until 9:30. The ONLY problem - everything else was as near to perfection as you could ask, especially at that price.

Penthouse apartment for the price of a hotel room

The location is ideal--nice local walks, in beautiful countryside. Cowdray Park and Cowdray House  is in line if sight from the rooms and a mere 5 minutes walk. Local easily reachable attractions include Chichester, Brighton and anywhere in between.
The team are brilliant --helpful and enthusiastic. 
There are two apartments, on the first floor reached by a set of steps which lead onto a large shared patio.  They are large. well fitted out and exceedingly comfortable. Patio furniture for those warmer evenings adds to the comfort.
The ground floor is an excellent restaurant which has plenty of excellent value offers if you don't feel like cooking in the fitted kitchen.
There is plenty of parking too. We always use the street side parking out front to unload . Its not metered but there is a time limit during the day. And then use the huge carpark at the rear which is meter parking at most other times . If we are staying in, we just pay for a day ticket its not expensive at all.

absolutely brilliant.

We were unlucky to have booked our stay when there was a heavy snow fall but the apartment was lovely and warm. Large sitting room and a kitchen diner. We cooked on two of the nights we were there and managed easily as there was everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we didn’t notice any road noise at all. The car park was close by and didn’t cause any problems. We still managed to go walking in the snow and appreciated the washing machine as we got a bit muddy. There was a coffee machine which we didn’t use. I personally would of liked a teapot but that is a very minor thing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night which was very enjoyable. Hopefully we will go again soon when the weather is better. 

Really comfortable stay

Got this apartment booked on Groupon. Wanted to take the family away on an adventure. The weather spoiled the weekend as we ended up mostly indoors. Visited the nearby Grange Leisure Centre for the Toy & Train Fare which the kids enjoyed.
The apartment is very spacious and very modernized as you have everything to yourself for self-catering. As reviewed by others, checking out is a bit tight (10am). This should be reviewed by the management. Parking nearby was easy too once you know the trick.
