What was good

Cannot fault the staff at all. We stayed with our infant and the staff helped bring bags to the room when they were unable to swap us to a ground floor room for ease. They were always welcoming when we came into the hotel and were great when checking out. At one point our room key(s) stopped working, and this was the case with a few other rooms as well. The GM remained calm and reassuring and I knew this was something that wasn't any staff members fault. Even though I was first to the desk, there was a wedding starting soon and the rings were inside a locked room so he helped that guest first, whilst the guest themselves huffed and puffed the GM remained calm. He then sorted my keys regardless of the rudeness of other wedding guests also in the same situation; you could see he was trying his best to rectify a situation he was unable to control. I think he did well to manage the situation. Staff were also great with our infant. Good price for the 2 nights we stayed, good views from our room.

What was bad

We came in August and even though there was a fan in the room we still struggled to sleep due to the heat, not sure if AC is something that could be implemented in the future. The bathroom suited our needs however the fan hadn't been cleaned for a while by the looks of it.
