This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that properties may be located within 5-15 minutes walk from the advertised area and the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown Check in after 20:00 is available upon request and prior arrangement, for an additional fee of GBP 50. Check out after 10:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 60, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Late check out is up to 13:00 only.
