Very welcoming people, rooms all clean . Lovely breakfast , keys to come and go as you please , I would recommend to anyone .
Walk down street a minute or so to
Beach , shops and restaurants , also arcades not far away either. 

Great hotel 

Really nice place. Carpets are very soft and nice to walk on. Bathroom is shared but there was a separate toilet and bathroom with a toilet next to each other and I had a lovely deep bath in the morning. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options and rooms great had everything a person needs. The only thing that I could say bad (and no fault of b&b) was the opposite hotel had flags outside which in the wind were very noisy which if your a light sleeper can wake you up.(again not the b&b fault). I would definitely come back and will do because very good value for money and a nice place to stay

Great b&b and nice host

This is a family-run hotel, with a friendly staff. The owner Jo greeted me at the door and as I'm disabled took my luggage from me to show me to my single room. The bed was comfortable as I'm 6' 4" tall my feet didn't hang over the end 😁. 
The location is situated right in the middle of Cleethorpes very close to the beach and amusement park and shops and cafes.
There's a pay and display car park around the rear of the property.

Friendly spotless.

I stayed here on the evening prior to attending  a funeral in Grimsby 
what an absolute gem 

I travelled straight from work a trip of 100 miles on arrival the staff were absolutely brilliant and welcomed me wholeheartedly even offering me a cup of tea whilst I booked in
the room was absolutely lovely and clean the lady who greeted me was also very friendly and offered her local knowledge on places to eat 
in the morning prior to the funeral the breakfast was great and the helpful gentleman even explained how to get to the crematorium from the hotel 

all in all an absolutely wonderful place to stay and I will certainly recommend to my friends and family

1st time at this place ,when entering the building it smelt so fresh and clean , rooms was spotless, lady made us feel welcome , breakfast was good, lovely stay & defo recommend it, thank you Ms Hunter

Great Dtay

We stayed one night, and our room was comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. We were cycling, and the owners very kindly let us leave our tandem in the reception over night.  Breakfast was very good.  Well worth a visit.

Comfortable Hotel

My partner traveled all the way from Leicester to stay at Mallowview hotel, as I couldn’t make it so my partner stayed in the double room with the en-suite as planned,their was no off road parking or on site parking ,and he had to park behind the hotel which looked very rough and there was also a charged to use this parking site! so he had to go back out at 8am to put another ticket in the window to find he car had been broken into,a lot of damage to the window and the passenger door (the parking needs to be mentioned) the staff were helpful but it didn’t help the fact his car had been broken into ! Staff very polite but the room was very basic ,more like a contractor stay over and I would change the fraise “hotel” to Band B,he was told to run the shower for 5 minutes,but after 10 minutes still no hot water ,so had a cold shower before leaving ! The double bed was shocking and made a lot of noise when turning ! The breakfast was great and the best part of the stay ! Definitely not worth £80 a night stay sorry, but being honest! Neither of us would be staying  here again ! Staff were ace

Stayed here for 2 nights couldnt ask for a better host jo did an amazing job nothing was too much trouble room was great very clean wil be returning again very soon. You come and go as you please very relaxing weekend
