The accommodation that we stayed in was beautifully located and perfect for our family trip. When we arrived we did not expect to spend over an hour cleaning the bedrooms and 1 of the living rooms. There had been so many cobwebs and dead insects in the bathroom, bedroom and living room. It was clear that it had not been looked at or touched. In moving the 2 single beds together, under one of the beds had been empty sweet wrappers!!!!!!. Not only did we have to clean the house before we unpacked I emailed a complaint. I received 1 return email to ask what the problem had been. I am appaled to say that I have not heard back since, our stay had been in September 23. I have sent many more emails, with no response. I find this highly disgusting "customer service". I find it hard to believe that they feel it had been ok to let anyone move into the accommodation in the state that it had been left. Terrible.

Wonderful location, dirty home, shocking customer service

Just back after 4 nights in the Huntsman’s Cottage , family of 8 adults and a couple of dogs. The cottage pretty with plenty of grounds, away from the main park. Very big lounge with log burner , large dinning room with big table  and being Christmas was well used. Kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you could need. Has a downstairs toilet with shower and utility room.
Upstairs the bedrooms are big. 2 king size bedrooms, a super-king bedroom and a twin. 
Bathroom with bath overhead shower.
Outside has a well , hot tub seating area and fire pit , we did use the hot tub but being December didn’t really use anything else. 
The garden is large and fenced but dogs had to be monitored all the time as fences would not secure them (small dogs) maybe if they had chicken wire or something that would secure them more.

We really enjoyed our Christmas and would definitely use again.


Family Christmas 

We stayed as a couple in a D’Arcy lodge after having stayed in Wentworth lodges before.  Check in with Lauren was smooth, she was very helpful and informative, the lodge was amazing, so clean and spacious , lots of clean fluffy towels, very well equipped although we only used the toaster for morning crumpets and the electric kettle for coffee ! A massive hot tub, which unfortunately  we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked to due to the bad weather but it was checked daily by maintenance.It had lovely views over the countryside, very quiet and peaceful . We had daily visits from the resident deer  and peacocks, in fact the day we were coming home there were 13 of them on and around our decking. There was even a bird feeder on the decking so on a trip to Skipton we got some peanuts and filled it up, we had Robins, Blue tits, Great tits and even a Woodpecker !! Amazing !!
Ate and drank at Hindellinis every day, lovely menu, great variety, even a specials menu and a Sunday lunch to die for ! Staff very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions if you couldn’t decide, big shout out to Jo, Samantha & Jess apologies to everyone else whose names we didn’t know but you are all ‘superstars’ .We were privileged to be able to watch the fantastic Christmas decorations being done, WOW , such an effort !! Beautiful !!
Thanks to everyone, we were made to feel really welcome, we highly recommend AND we will be back ( soon I hope 🤞 )

Home from Home

We stayed in whipps cottage. Interior designed like a magazine. Restful green and cream with gold accents. Real wood floors with sisal rugs, squashy comfortable sofas and tasteful artwork.
Upstairs to two very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Roll top bath with rainshower and underfloor heating 
Well equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet 
Enclosed garden with elegant furniture and a hot tub 
The staff are friendly helpful and professional and even though it's a large site it has a family feel with locals using the bar and bistro.
Lovely walks and wildlife everywhere. We liked it so much we booked again for Summer when we are looking forward to enjoying the heated outdoor pool and live music 
Exceptionally well priced for the quality on offer. 
I just don't recognise the poor reviews as being the same place we were so happy in.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Currently staying here its a Lovely lodge, perfect clean hottub, comfiest bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen ( not that we used!)great tv, had fab walks around ,toasty heating  all very clean and fully enjoying it -wished we could have done an extra night! Saw some deers, alll in all a fab midweek treat, cant wait to return! Been to hindelinis many times and many walks but the stay just was even better .

What can I say about Ribblesdale Park, Stunning, tranquil, relaxing and just the most beautiful place to visit, we stayed in the Riverside house, wow blown away, the house is beautiful with plenty of space and you are in a little valley away from anyone and everyone, we saw probably 4 people all week passing through on walks, peaceful and bliss personified. A must stay for couples who want to sit in the hot tub during the day and night and take in the scenery and quietness, our dog was so relaxed in the house and absolutely loved the river a stones throw from the back door

This place is amazing and you just need to visit it

Most amazing and relaxing stay you could wish for

Just got back from four nights in a 2 bedroom lodge at Ribblesdale Park (lodge number 42). We’d been to the park before but that was 9+ years ago and we were pleased that the high standards we found then had been maintained. The very tame deer and peacocks were a welcome addition. The hot tub was wonderfully warm, as was the lodge. Both bedrooms had identical bathrooms with jacuzzi baths (not that we used the bath as we preferred sitting in the hot tub listening to the song thrush). The staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained, as are the lodges. The only little niggle we had was that the double bedroom had no mirror at all. The only place to dry/style hair was in the twin bedded room as it had a mirror with an electrical point (there’s a mirror in the lounge but not in a practical place and no socket nearby). Being as it was just the two of us, this bedroom was spare but could have been a bit more awkward if this room was being used. All in all a really relaxing few days and we’d definitely recommend a visit

A winter visit

We stayed in lodge 40 for the weekend and had the most relaxing time. Beautiful lodge with a fantastic hot tub made for gorgeous accommodation on a peaceful, well maintained complex. Parking right outside the lodge made packing/unpacking easy. The lodge was clean and beautifully presented with an immaculate luxury bathroom open plan to the bedroom. But what makes this place extra special are the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was happy and friendly. A slight problem with the boiler was resolved with a quick call to the 24 hour maintenance team and within 5 minutes he arrived and sorted the problem instantly! Hindelinis (the on-site restaurant/cafe/bar) serves amazing cocktails (our fave was the pink gin fizz of which several were consumed over the weekend ☺️🍹), and delicious food! The grounds the lodges are set in are gorgeous and we had the pleasure of exploring some of the other buildings down by the river and meeting some of the residents (deer and peacocks). We would not hesitate to book again! Thank you to Lauren and the whole team for making our weekend so special 🥰

Amazing weekend at Ribblesdale Park

We stayed in Riverside House for 3 nights. Upon arrival after meeting all the friendly staff in the reception area, the house was well appointed and clean. Bedlinen and towels were high quality . The kitchen was adequately equipped. The hot tub was a very welcome addition as was the fire pit . We are in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Staff were very helpful and obliging. There are some lovely walks around the grounds which are very well kept. A real fire/log burner would have been nice. The master bathroom was something else . Huge bath and shower with a private dressing area and views to die for overlooking the River Ribble. We would definitely return . 

Lovely stay.

The prefect place to relax and unwind. We loved the peace and tranquility of the setting and the privacy of the decking and hot tub. Inside the lodge itself, everything was first class and perfect for a romantic trip away.  It was our first visit to Ribblesdale Park and it will certainly not be our last; we are already planning our next visit and have shared this amazing find with our friends and family.
