Beautiful setting, surrounded by open fields and approached by a narrow country lane off the Pembroke to Lamphney road, a restored Manor House with good sized rooms and en-suite facilities.  Tea, coffee and Welsh Cakes in room, bottled water available on table outside room plus a small fridge containing fresh milk and sometimes room for personal items.  Continental breakfast but plenty of it and they will make up Quaker Oats porridge pots for you, if so desired.  Very comfortable, excellent service and lovely landlady and assistants.  There is also a cottage to let attached to the manor house.

A most spacious and very comfortable room. Beautiful vistas across the welsh downs, even experienced a pair of foxes frolicking across the front lawn. An excellent continental breakfast is provided and the still warm croissants are delicious.

Weekend in Pembroke.

North Down Farm B and B is beautifully appointed in a quiet rural area, only a short drive from Pembroke. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
We, a family group comprising a couple with an adult daughter, spent 2 nights here.
Though not advertised on the website, there is no cooked breakfast option. This presents no problem to us provided there is variety in the alternatives. Perhaps, provide more fruit varieties, cereals and breads??
Very little attention from staff. This is the first B and B where we have handed back our key and not even received a "Good-bye". 
A bit disappointing.

Expectations not met

The farm house has been beautifully restored. We had a large room with a lovely view over the fields.
Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Fresh milk was available in small fridge on the landing. Walsh cakes on tray in room.
Lovely friendly service from Tessa and her staff.
Breakfast offered was continental type lots of choice of yogurts, plenty of fruit and choice of bread or croissants and different meats and cheese available.    
The house is close to Pembroke and local beaches.
Would certainly come again  

Mid week break.

We'd like to continue recommending this snug B&B. It's very quiet outside Pembroke. The room was very spacious, clean, bright and cozy. We felt very comfortable right away. The owner was very attentive and gave us various tips for excursions (Green Bridge of Wales or Tenby). There's a lot to see there. There's also a small Harry Potter Drehort (Freshwater East)  The breakfast could be a little more versatile (chicken, sliced fruit, bacon, honey) but overall it was a great stopover 👍

Stayed here while competing at the long course weekend. The house was situated about 15 mins from Tenby which was ideal for us, the house was clean, plenty of cooking utensils for us and a lovely sun-trap outside where we eat as it was warm outside. The house had WiFi though we couldn’t get on to it, not the end of the world as we all picked up 4G. On our 3rd and final day we kept our bikes in the house which was a god scent as we completed the marathon and had no where to store the bikes safely. Absolutely fabulous place to stay, if we come down next year this would be our 1st port of call. 

Wonderful, fabulous base for Tenby 

A charming home immersed in greenery and tranquility, specially furnished rooms, maximum tranquility and privacy, breakfast in the norm, I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hectic everyday.

A Fairy Tale

Beautiful house in the middle of the quiet countryside of Pembrokeshire, where we spent two very pleasant days. The room was large and with a fantastic view, everything was comfortable and clean and comfortable. Tessa was very nice and her breakfast was excellent and complete. The wifi in the room worked well and parking was always available. The location is a bit decentralised, but it still takes 5 minutes by car to get to the center, and you paid for it with a perfect view and peace. Thanks again! Recommended!

That's great!

The hotel is nice, bright, well decorated and very clean, with a view of the countryside and a beautiful vegetable garden, but the flow of the shower is far too low: a small net. The continental breakfast was planned, but unfortunately offers the industrial wineries of the day before. These disappointing points are still unfortunate for this type of B&B. Large parking lot. Very quiet environment.

A little disappointing.

My friend and I stayed there for one night because there was no time. Tessa welcomed us very well. The place is in the countryside with sheep from all sides. We enjoyed the calm and beauty of the place. The room is very satisfying. The bed was comfortable and the view of the little garden is very nice. The Wi-Fi didn't really work but we weren't the place for this! In short, a really charming place that you can only love!
