We booked a 2 night stay in Bilberry. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! Easy to book, simple directions, a pre email advising on the experience & local area. 
The accomodation was beautiful! Everything you needed without being overwhelmed. The little touches like the complimentary breakfast, choccies, biscuits, tea & coffee, fairy lights on, fire lit....so thoughtful & kind.  We loved the hot tub & sauna, the tranquility and peacefulness. We really did leave feeling restored & refreshed and ready for Christmas! 
James loved his birthday surprise and we celebrated 2 months being married....such a romantic destination with plenty to do in Winter and it was so warm & inviting.
The outside loo was a bonus so you're not running across a field in the middle of the night & because we were there on our own it was a perfect opportunity to leave the door open & enjoy the view 🤣
The bathroom was outstounding & better than some hotels we've stayed in. LOVE the shower gele & hand wash....smelt divine! 
Perfect for a romantic weekend but also for families. We'll be back! Thank YOU for your generous hospitality and the little touches which we greatly appreciated. May you be truly blessed in 2024! Fiona & James 

Romantic birthday surprise at Secret Cloud House Cabin 

It was an amazing holiday. Made so much better by really clean and good facilities. The option to have a massage on site was a huge bonus too. Would recommend to couples and groups looking to get away and have a nice time in the country. The wood fired burners and hot tubs were also lovely.

Perfect couples retreat.

I booked this for my partners birthday and I can honestly say we both loved it! The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, The shared showering facilities were very high end and were not an issue (usually share bathroom facilities is a no from me). The hot tub and the yurt itself were amazing.  Ian was very friendly and happy to help. 

We also had treatments onsite which are defiantly worth booking.

We are looking forward to returning again.

Cannot wait to visit again

We chose to stay here as just a short 10 minute drive from Alton Towers. Myself and my 4 year old daughter loved it. Everything is very well thought out, clean and comfortable. Having a log burner in the yurt made it super cosy and the hot tub was great too. Facilities are clean and the yurts are well spaced out so you have your privacy. There are lots of things to do nearby for families and we would love to return one day.

A great stay for families

We exclusively hired secret cloud for a hen do. It easily accommodated 16 of us and the weekend was nothing short of incredible. 

Ahead of our stay Catherine had been so helpful recommending local caterers and activity’s. Every recommendation we chose was 10 out of 10 and it made planning the weekend so much easier. 

The site is so serene and beautifully kept! The weather was glorious but even without it we would have had an amazing time. 

Catherine, Ian and everyone else involved made it all so easy, the yurts were so comfy and the hot tubs were kept hot for us to use all weekend. We had a great space for us all to hang out and a beautifully laid table we could all sit and eat at. The Breakfast hamper had everything we could need and allowed us all to eat a delicious cooked breakfast together. 

The whole place was spotless and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great weekend.  

They really have created something special and it definitely won’t be the last time I visit.

Superb weekend! Amazing location and great service

Wow! secret cloud house holiday really have something special here and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Billbury yurt.
 When we first arrived everything was prepared for us and the yurt was so warm and cosy! - The hot tub was also amazing and is perfect on a cold winters night.
You can really tell the love and attention that has been put into the design of the yurts and all the extra touches that make it so special!

This was a birthday booking for my parter and the balloons and champagne were a lovey welcome!
Had a lovely chat with the lady Jane- who recommended some nice walks and pubs.

Amazing stay for New Years

I dont know what more to say about Secret Cloud House Holidays.  We first visited back in 2016. We have returned again and again.  This was our 5th visit.  My partner and I always visit different places for our trips away, but this place just has something special thats draws us back in.
The yurts are secluded, luxurious and cosy. The little touches really make you feel at home, and it really is an opportunity to be present and switch off from every day life.  
We have visited with family and friends and would recommend to anyone who will listen in a heartbeat.

5th Visit... WOW

Our first experience of a yurt/glamping and it didn't disappoint! On arrival we called and had a very easy check in over the phone, despite the cold and fog it was still a beautiful setting and the hottub was already at the perfect temperature for us to get straight in and enjoy. We stayed in the BlackBerry Yurt with our 2 kids 9 and 12 and there was plenty of space for us all with a full size table and perfect size beds.
We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely the shared bathroom and kitchen areas are, we were lucky to be able to have a bathroom to ourselves as only one other yurt was being used. Everything you need for cooking inside the yurt with extras in the shared kitchen, a lovely local breakfast ready waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived.
Our 2nd day was glorious sunshine and we were happy and content lounging in our comfy dressing gowns provided on the decking in and out of the hot tub and having a bbq.
Our only regret was spoiling our break by going to Alton Towers on our 3rd day which was awful, wish we had of stayed the whole time in the yurt, much more relaxing!
A member of staff came round each day to check the chemicals in the hot tub, we wish we had remembered her name but she was such a lovely lady and we loved chatting to her getting to know the local area.
Our only complaint is the dang sheep! We didnt hear them on the 1st night but they had been moved on our 2nd and 3rd night to a different field and were directly behind out yurt noisey all night! Sounded like a mum and kid baa-ing at each other "mmmaaaa" "nnnnnooaa"The other couple on site said they couldnt hear them at all so think we were just unlucky they decided to hover behind us.
All in all we can't recommend highly enough and wish we lived closer as we would return in a heartbeat each year!

Lovely family break

This was the third time for us ( family of four )at secret cloud and I have to say ; it gets better every time . We love how they keep adding on to the site to make it easier . The yurts are beautiful with soft lovely linen and a very cosy ambience. We were welcomed by a lovely birthday banner and flowers . Catherine and Ian are superb at adding special touches to make your holiday feel extraordinary. 
The wood fired hot tub is perfect and we love the eco friendly ethos of the place . The breakfast hamper is top quality and the washroom facilities are excellent.Kids had a great time feeding the lambs with Jim in the morning and enjoying the meadow in the afternoon. There are lovely walks around the area with stunning views .  We went for a bike ride along the Manifold trail which included a stop at Thor’s cave ,Nan Tor cave with a quick lunch at The Manifold Inn .We enjoyed the most delicious meal at The Black Lion Inn in Butterton and would highly recommend it .There is so much to explore in the area so we have decided to make our visits to secret cloud an annual event .

A most relaxing holiday

Couldn't fault Secret Cloud Yurts. Spotlessly clean,  friendly and helpful people, stunningly beautiful surroundings and very comfortable beds. The food provided was so delicious,  the eggs were like Greek eggs and I have never found any like them in the UK  until now. Fully and unconditionally recommend.
