The hotel is terrible. The attached pub was even worse. The staff are arrogant and don't care. I waited over an hour and a half for a raw burger and the worst garlic bread and cheese I've ever seen! That was after waiting  25mins at the hotel reception for someone to to turn up and check me in. Having stayed at many Premier Inn's around the UK through work. The one at Goffs Park was by far the worst. Its as if they don't care.

Take my advice.. DO NOT BOOK!!!! (Many horrible reviews)

Arrived at the hotel after midnight this was an overnight stay due to a morning flight from Gatwick 
Looks like we had the last room at the hotel! 
We were in a building not connected to the main hotel building 
There was only one set of towels in the room and I had to go to reception to ask for towels for two people 
The room itself was extremely tired and old
The carpet was filthy and you stuck to it when walking 
The extraction in the bathroom wasn’t working 
The mirror lighting in the bathroom wasn’t working 
With soap dispenser in the bathroom had been replaced but not repainted around 
There was still hair left in the bath from previous guests
No USB charging points by the bed?
Only one USB charge point in the room that was broken
Overall this premier inn needs a total refurbish definitely will not use this hotel again

Tired rooms needs refurbishing

It was awful from start to finish! I waited 45minutes for my starter, even though the restaurant had about 10people in it! My room had no heating, the control panel was dead! Bearing in mind it was minuses outside and we had had snow, heating was needed! It was sooooo cold! 
I decided to have a bath to warm up, the water came out brown and smelt of sewage! So gave that a miss and to top it off there was music blasting out from somewhere! When I complained to reception I was told I could have a tiny oil filled radiator and that the music had been complained about before!!!
In the end it was so bad that I checked out and drove the long drive home! It would have been more comfortable and warmer to have slept in my work van!!!!
If you have any other choice stay elsewhere - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible check in with lady more interested in getting more money from an early check in. Not even a welcome! Room dirty with used teabag on teaspoon next to kettle and dirty floor. Not vacuumed properly.

Avoid if you can

My family and I chose this premier inn as we had stayed here 7 years previous. We certainly weren’t happy! The staff on reception was quite rude and impatient. 
The whole hotel had a really bad mould and damp smell! 
Restaurant staff were very slow!

This is a simple clean warm hotel in a good location with safe parking and friendly staff. 5 min walk in to Crawley town and the station and a few min from the motorways with a choice of two friendly locals pubs

Very disappointed with the quality of sleep. The whole purpose of the stay was to be rested ready for a 19 hour journey to the Maldives. Unfortunately we were given a poor room with lots of noise and we’d rather have just travelled from home on the morning of the flight.

Staff in the accommodation section of the Premier Inn were very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and warm. Did find the bath tub too high. would have liked a shower only.
The dining and bar section was under staffed. I would score this area 0 out of 10

Family get together( Couples)

We found the hotel ideal for the Purple Parking and Gatwick Airport, using it for night before travel. Evening meal and breakfast in the Beefeater adjoining the hotel were very good.  It was very quiet.

Stress Free

We arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome, we were given room 209, we were only staying for 1 night, as we were off to the airport the next morning. We went downstairs for food, being a sunday they did a carvery which was lovely, & had a cooked breakfast the next morning, could not fault the food. Unfortunately after our evening meal, we had a very disappointing night, room 209 was above the front door, everytime someone walked in or out it would bang, as we found out at checkout when we complained the door had been broken, the room itself is dated & not very clean, tired looking, we have taken photos & videos, as we showed at reception. We unfortunately did not get the guaranteed night sleep as advertised.
