A colleague and I stayed overnight for an exhibition we were working at.  The Premier Inn at Crewe was very good the reception staff and the waiters and Waitresses at the restaurant were excellent.  I really felt like they cared about my stay.

Premier Inn was good, staff friendly and efficient.  The Beefeater next door was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, with a good range of food.  But the car park was full of litter and needed a really good clean up!

Great Premier Inn and Beefeater but please clean your car park!

Staff are very efficient. Very clean and tidy entrance. Travelled 2 hours by car from northern England, going to a funeral, so paid extra £10 for privilege of using the room for 30 minutes to get changed. Check in was 3pm and the room was ready at 12.40, we had to leave at 13.00. Room was very nice and clean. Milk, sugar coffee, are now help yourself at front door, great idea.

Highly recommended

Good location in the wistaston part of Crewe and close to Leighton hospital. We went due to father being in ITU. 

Morning reception staff are really snooty and tend to be very dismissive of any issues or questions.

Room was good for what we needed to sleep but it looks tired,no removable shower head, toilet blocked and very noisy corridors..

Try Nantwich PI much better 

Good location but quite tired

Staff so great room was clean and great value can’t recommend enough. We checked in early and staff so helpful with taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out so smooth no waiting. Staff super friendly. 

Definitely recommend

You always know what you're getting from a Premier Inn, and this was no different. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, staff were pleasant and chatty and hotel was quiet.

Unfortunately, as was acknowledged by staff members during our stay, without air conditioning in the upstairs room, sleep was simply impossible. The room thermostat showed 31 degrees, and with the window (understandably) only opening two inches and the fan giving off literally no air at all, you were sweating simply by laying on the bed. My pregnant wife and I had no sleep between us and ruined the trip.

This is clearly a known problem at the hotel, as staff members were aware of the issues with hot rooms and said that we must report it as the hotel/rooms desperately need air conditioning. The outside high temperature during the day was only 24 degrees, so not exactly blistering heat, but without the installation of air conditioning, these rooms are simply not usable and not fit for purpose.

The breakfast was all that you'd expect at Premier Inn, plenty of choice and staff were lovely.

Just a shame that a positive experience was so badly affected by the inability to sleep owing to the sauna-like upstairs room.

Impossible to sleep

This is the first time that I have used Premier Inn, and I'd definitely repeat the experience. The service both in the Beefeater and the Premier in has been great. The rooms were clean and airy, the premises seem to have been recently decorated, and it was quiet and welcoming. The only downside is that we couldn't work the air conditioning in the room, but there was an absolutely huge desk fan in our room, so problem solved.Good food in the Beefeater, and a comprehensive breakfast that was well worth the money. We had a lovely meal in the Beefeater the night that we arrived.Our waitress was a lovely lady ( i think her name may have been Jan, or Jane.) Also, we love the fact that Premier is Pride positive. This meant a lot to us, and our adult LGBTQIA kids.

Kind, welcoming, professional service.

Beds are super comfy, the staff are so helpful and amazing. Massive thank you to Caroline who was great with our kids on check in. Had a good sleep in between our long journey back home.. Food next door was good, breakfast was great

great stay, great staff

The bed was really comfy and there are extra pillows. It was also really quiet.

The downsides are that the room was so hot (there's no air-conditioning)  and there is only a plug at one side of the bed. It would be good if a plug, or usb charger, we're at both sides of the bed. 

The good and not so good

My experience of the premier Inn at Crew West was absolutely amazing .
The staff went out of there way being so very helpful in there offering of there service . They were pleasant always a smile on there face's , it was like being at home.  The food was exceptional , cleanliness superb , friendly outstanding hotel .  The premier Inn should be proud of there staff there absolutley fantastic . kind regards Graeme Harrison I will be back one day x
