Shops right outside the hotel, near to a fuel station. Good location.
The bed was comfortable, I slept well. All clean and tidy. Lots of space. Places to put your things.
The hotel was clean throughout.
I didn’t use much of the services during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
What was bad
When using the wifi there is no option to pay straight away. After a while I realised I had to use up the free 30 minutes to gain access to the paid service.

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of rooms. My partner and l have stayed in this hotel 3 separate times since the beginning of November and will be coming back.

It was already but a bit of a distance from the main train station

Only gave us one key and after mid night I had problem getting in as my partner had the key and no one was at the reception to let me in. It was a nightmare to get in as my partner was sleeping

The receptionist when I first checked in, tall brown haired guy with glasses was lovely!
When leaving at 12 cleaning staff were very friendly.
What was bad
Someone else’s shavings around the bath.
when we lost our room key and showed the receptionist my confirmation email straight off my phone he said it was false because they’re email on the system was from America and the address was somewhere in Europe, I’m not sure who’s issue this is but having to let
