This hotel is situated close to Dartford Crossing and near to Bluewater shopping centre. lots of free parking and friendly staff at reception. As always with Premier Inn the room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great and towels supplied were spotless . No noise from M25 or neighbouring rooms.

I always enjoy a Relaxing stay at Premier inn Dartford whenever I visit my family .Very welcoming friendly staff and spacious  clean rooms. Very pleasant housekeeping staff offered to help a little inconvenience with the heating in my room .

Lovely relaxing stay

After telling the reception team I had no sleep, explaining the issues with the noise of the hearing system and every time someone turned the water on it made a noise. Clearly visible that a good nights sleep was not had - and still no refund of the their good night guarantee. 
Having stayed in a PI in a different location for the previous few days with work, and comparing it to this - the standards are defiantly not the same!

Right let's get this out the way.hotel fab for location. Premier room is a must. Reception vvvvvv friendly and helpful 28.02.24 sorry no names and a good Manager will check. 

Room perfect for balance bathroom extractor doesn't work.

Meal. Amazingly friendly Manager Sat me down. Now here's the reason for the review. I had to ask the Manager....

 Nikki is her name.  She works on the tables she is so friendly, happy, professional, clearly been at the venue for ages as she mentioned she opened it.

 I've not had much time  to engage as she's a pure lighting fast grafter. 

So my only question is as I write this and its a problem for the company.

 1. Why is she not a Manager in one of your venues and 2. If she was who the hell would graft as much as her.

 Her work is standardised across all tables... she's a restaurant dream. She's so good in my down time I'm writing this. Hotel, Beefeater, heads up you a start so bright she outshines everyone. I apologise though as this review captures only 10% of what she does. WB room 302. Occupation Educational Inspector.

Just in the Nick of time ...

From the time we stepped in we were greeted by friends (the staff). It was like coming home to our family, but with the added bonus of respect shown to us. The food was great, and the accommodation with very good. There is plenty of parking space, which is free. I had previously spent over 6 months at the hotel summer last year. We decided to spend out Valentine evening and overnight stay with breakfast. And my wife loved it. It may not be in the best location but its very good for a peaceful rest.

Almost home from home.

I stayed here for a business event. Check-in was fine and the room was as expected. We were being hosted by a supplier, so there were 20 of us. We went for a drink at the adjoining Beefeater, it took 20 mins for drinks. We then had a coach and went out for a meal. We arrived back at the Beefeater at 10.30. The lady in charge then screamed at us 1 drink only! We had hotel rooms here. We ordered drinks and were having a chat when the same lady came around telling us we had to finish and go. Poor service, sh#t atmosphere. They must survive from geographical location only. Won't be back

Business stay

rooms are cozy and comfy — as well as quiet. everything fulfilled its purpose. room and bathroom were clean. only downfall is that the extra pillows definitely hadn’t had the pillowcases changed — they were crinkled and yellow from a previous guest.. would stay again though.

Staff seems cool and friendly. Lovely room, good bed but needs more pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel environment clean and beautiful. I love the free parking, location is quiet, not very busy. U would visit again, highly recommended. Affordable rooms but could make it cheaper and up to 1pm for check out. 

Amazing

We stayed here because it was local to where we needed to be. The price was reasonable but we had to book 2 rooms due to have three children. The only issue we had during our stay was that the linen was stained. However the staff were quick and very apologetic for the inconvenience caused. Rooms are showing signs of age, but we’re adequate for the length of time we spent in them.

Have stayed at this Premier Inn on several occasions as it is close to family and friends.  Staff and service always good.  Onsite parking included in the price which is a must.  Would definitely recommend.
