We stayed at this excellent guesst house Friday 15th March-Sunday 17th March 2024,I chose it after reading the brilliant reviews on Trp Advisor.

We had a brilliant stay,the room was excellent,good shower and delicious breakfast,and a brilliant host!

Worth is a lovely quiet resort,it takes about half an hour to walk to Sandwich.

We had to stay in sandwich on saturday for family business.
We booked last minute and got a double room at a reasonable price, the room was large, nicely decorated and super clean. The main bed was huge and a further single bed was in the corner.  The bathroom was also a good size with a walk in shower.
Dave and Dianne were very helpful and easy to get on with.
The Breakfast was amazing with a choice of fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal , tea and coffee and the usual array for a good fried breakfast and toast.
There was a covered area with tables and easy parking at the front.
Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and great value stay, we will be back.

Super Breakfast

What a truly wonderful B & B. The bedroom (with a very comfortable bed) and bathroom were spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The location was easy to find with excellent parking, quiet, peaceful, and within easy reach of Sandwich and Deal.
Tye was a great host who went out of his way to give us advice about the area and was super friendly. One last point, the breakfasts were to die for!

What a fabulous B & B!

A lovely room spotlessly clean. The breakfast was freshly prepared with plenty of choice. It was a nice quiet area with easy access to places. Tye gave us useful tips for places to visit.  We were made to feel welcome from start to finish. Would definitely stay again, if in the area.

Most enjoyable short break

Positioned opposite small car park and public grassed area leading to footpath network (great for dogs). Comfortable, no fuss, hosts really helpful. Nice peaceful village too…... Just what we wanted. 

Just right

I received a warm welcome from Tye on my arrival when he showed me around my room which was  completely private and  annexed to his and Diane'house.  It was beautifully decorated, warm,  clean, immaculate and  quiet..  The en suite  was spotless with everything you could possibly wish for  and  a double size shower.  The 6ft bed was  so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud and the tea and coffee facility most welcome.  There was plenty of storage space for guests -  I stayed for 5 weeks in all and was reluctant to leave when the time came.  I will certainly miss the amazing breakfasts. prepared by Diane and served by Tye - a winning combination.  Worth is a very pretty village with easy access to Sandwich and Deal and the car park opposite was very welcome.  ..Thank you both for looking after me so well.  I will certainly re-book if the need arises.

The nicest B&B I have ever stayed in and would highly recommend  it.  Home from home.

We went here on 5th August to stay for two nights for my daughters wedding. It was Mum and myself. The host Tye was very very accommodating and a wonderful host full of laughs and banter. Diane was cooking and cleaning and mostly behind the scenes but a wonderful lady. We had the best time. It was so clean and spacious and loads of little touches to it. Extra teas coffee waters etc if needed. The bathroom was big and clean with a shower and all the bits and bobs you could think of. 
We will be returning here just to get away from our home down the road. I would recommend the Chilton villa to everyone it’s absolutely value for money friendly and clean. Thank you Tye and Diane we will be back. Bonnie and Elizabeth 😘

The best B&B we have visited!!

We were greeted with a warm welcome and a clean & comfortable room upon arrival.

The owners were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Breakfast was nice, with a good choice of items, and served with a smile.

Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay at Chilton Villa, and would recommend a visit.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Stayed here for a wedding just a short walk away, by far the best B&B Iv stayed in. Had more of a top hotel feel.. rooms super clean and fresh with tea coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was perfect and plenty of it, the hosts were very welcoming and had a good chat. Will definitely be returning

Best B&B by far

Fantastic disabled friendly host warm n welcoming c u again in July  and August excellent breakfast couldn't eat it all nothing was too much trouble.  Lovely room plenty of toiletries coffee teas water and lovely biscuits cld do with hairdryer x overall would definitely recomend
