A very pleasant overnight stay. The welcome was warm, informative and friendly as we were directed to the carpark and then to our room.
The room was comfortable and had all the amenities that we required. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV,  wifi and an en-suite shower and toilet.
There were comfortable chairs to sit in and a wardrobe and chest of drawers, although we had no need of them.
The bed was comfortable and we both had a good night's sleep. My initial concern about traffic noise was unfounded and we were not troubled at all.
There was an area out front to sit and chat which we did before our breakfast. Full English and well cooked.
Our hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting to them before our departure.
We would be happy to stay there again.

Welcoming, friendly and comfortable

Very warm and welcoming 
The owner (Mike)  is so accommodating and fussy for your every need.. Rooms are very clean, New towels every day. Breakfast is beautifully served even the hot breakfast is arranged to suit the customer, mushrooms, baked beans, tomato etc. added or left out to suit you 
The only drawback is the number of stairs for me (almost 70yrs old) 
Wifi is strong and included, Parking is limited 
the owner is most helpful in every way  score for me is a 18 out of 10

Second best place I have ever stayed at !

The room was comfortable and clean with en-suite facilities. We received a very warm welcome and given secure off road parking.   They were very accommodating, we had early starts and a late finish and they are well located, within walking distance of lots of things to do.

Warm and welcoming

Stayed 3 nights to visit Dover castle an Kent English Heritage sites. The hosts Michael & Androulla (Dru) are most welcoming & friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great breakfast made to order and secure off road parking.  Wi Fi is vey good. 15 minute walk to town centre where we made use of local Chinese  Restaurant in the evening. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!

Only stayed the one night as ferry crossing early in the morning. It was convenient for the ferry with private secure parking. The place was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We would stay again.

we were a group of 4 stayed at the b and b they had our room ready for 12 so we could get changed for a wedding they very welcoming and friendly our room was lovely and clean and had everything we would need had breakfast the next day gave us everything we asked for it was hot and tasted great they asked how the wedding went and the chef came to check everyone was happy we would recommend this b and b and would use it again thanks for a lovely stay from the killicks

My family and I stayed here overnight due to our car breaking down, we have stayed in a verity of hotels, however, none of them can compare to the service we received at this b&b, the hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean! I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone - breakfast was also prepared lovingly and delicious!

Perfect

Located close to central of the city, welcoming atmosphere. Kind staff and convenient size room on a fair price. There is a small parking area if you arrive by car. Bathrooms clean. The only issue we had was the guest house being pretty cold. Even with the heater on. I wish we had some things provided in the bathroom such as mini toothpaste or mini shower gel ect. Was not big fan or the decoration - and the bathroom mat was a bit mouldy. Apart from these it was nice to stay here

Clean and welcoming Guest House

Disembarked from cruise in Dover and stayed 3 nights; Jun 30, July 1 & 2.  The owners, Androulla and Micheal, are friendly and very helpful.  From the minute you arrive till the moment you depart they are the consumate hosts.  The B&B is convenient to downtown Dover, the train station, Dover Castle(a must see), and the harbor/cruise terminal. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean.  The full English Breakfast is delicious. There is an excellent Italian restaurant, DINO's, downtown that we recommend.  The only caution is that there are multiple sets of narrow stairs to the bedrooms.  However, this is not uncommon in B&B's in ENGLAND.  We would definitely stay again at the WEST BANK GUEST HOUSE!! 

Friendly and helpful staff that offers guests a full english breakfast to start the day.
