On Business  trip staying  at Kensington  Lodge.  DUNGANNON.  2nd morning  no Breakfast.  Room was not touched.  No change  of Towels or Bed linen.  3rd morning  no Breakfast.  Dirty  towels.  Proprietor  completely  ignored  my txt. E/m.
Booking.  Com has also ignored me.
I would  not send my Dog to that  Guesthouse. 

Totally  Disgusted 

The room was a wonderful size, however the service we received whilst staying was completely unacceptable. We had almost no communication with the hosts was almost non existent. The first morning after our arrival, we tried to communicate with the hosts about breakfast but we were ignored, despite numerous phone calls and texts. We tried to explore the property to find something for breakfast, but nothing was available. There was no milk in the room and only one sachet of coffee for a two night stay for two people. We had to go out and buy breakfast, despite having paid for it as part of our stay. We were also only provided with conditioner and no shampoo to wash our hair for the entire stay.
The second morning, we received a text to state that breakfast would not be served as the hosts were unwell and they had no one else to prepare breakfast. This was at approximately 8:30am, with no apology for ignoring us the day before. Again, we had to go out and purchase breakfast at additional cost.
There was no additional communication from the staff to apologise and no offer of any discount/refund, despite the fact that we had paid for two nights bed and breakfast and received no breakfast whatsoever.

No breakfast provided and awful customer service

myself and my wife stayed here for a weekend as we were at a wedding close by - Excellent room spotlessly clean very friendly staff - i forgot a jacket and left it behind me and they posted it it down to me a few days later - highly recommend this B&B 

brilliant B&B

In our search for our "family roots" we recently stayed for three nights at the Kensington B&B.. what a fantastic choice we made!
Lovely location close to town and the Motorway made transport easy. The Lodge itself is amazing. Very clean large rooms and our host Philip was very helpful and very attentive during our stay. 
Breakfasts were amazing we had to forsake our diets to enjoy the lovely cooked breakfast!
Cant speak highly enough of the place. My family are  well travelled and we all concurred this was one of the nicest places we have stayed at.  praise indeed!!
Excellent base to work from to see the beautiful Irish countryside.

LOVELY FAMILY BREAK

Good points clean comfortable room, good breakfast. Stopped for 4 nights....very luke warm reception upon arrival...asked if I could have a sandwich as I had travelled on buses most of the day and was hungry, I was told no....went to have a cup of tea in my room, the milk had gone sour, after I had found the woman in charge and told her, she wasn`t happy to give me fresh milk. No warmth or friendliness from the couple....would only advise unfriendly, no sense of humour people  to stay there.....never again.

Good and bad

Stayed two nights as I had business in the area, my late check in was accommodated without issue and I was given the biggest room I have ever stayed in. Host is excellent and makes a great breakfast. Room had all facilities and would not hesitate to stay again, very highly recommended.

Recommend 

A very pleasant stay. And we would stay again. We were up to see family who live in dungannon, and so this was ideally situated just on the outskirts of the town. From here too we were able to visit the giants causeway and Belfast very easily. 
The welcome was good and we were asked what we would like fir breakfast on arrival. As others have said the bedroom we were given was upstairs and was huge. Our daughters had a downstairs room which was a normal size. Both rooms were well presented, clean and tidy with coffe and tea facilities, fridge tv etc... we were impressed. My only critics was the upstairs bed seemed very well worn with a huge dent in the middle which made it really hard getting out of the bed and i practically slept on top of my husband! 
Breakfast was amazing and checking out was simple and quick. I would stay again as it was a nice option to a noisy city hotel.

A weekend away.

Upon arrival at the lodge we where shown to our room. Other half needed waking boots to get around as it was so big.
Large super king bed with tv (perhaps a little to small for the room as it got lost in the huge space)
Large seating area with corner couch and another tv ( Velux window looking out over the vast green fields) 
Bathroom with a large shower - pressure of the water was amazing 
Immaculately clean 
Breakfast was served in the large conservatory off the guests living room.
The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had - presented well and tasted amazing. 
Would definitely recommend

Excellent place to stay

I stayed in this B&B for a couple of days on business, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I received a warm welcome. Each morning I had an early start (before the 8 am Breakfast timing) but the host accommodated with a lovely Irish cooked breakfast. The Room (5) was enormous, comfortable and clean with sofas, two TVs & a DVD player, and lovely views of the countryside. Having recently stayed at a so-called ‘5 star hotel’ I can honestly say this great B&B could teach that hotel a thing or two about hospitality! I’d definitely stay there again!
