Spotlessly clean accommodation with very friendly hosts. Ideal for a night's stopover walking distance from the centre of Easlegh and the train station. Motorway links close by as well as Southampton airport. Was no en-suite with the room I stayed in but the toilet and bathroom was right next to the room. Excellent cooked breakfast. Key supplied for those staying out late. Overall excellent value.

Excellent b&b accommodation close to rail/road/air links

Beautiful clean friendly B&B with an ensuite, located central eastleigh. Very nice staff and lovely breakfast.Free parking and Free wifi. Only bad point was no wardrobe/hanging space for clothes if you plan on staying a while..just a few hangers on a few hooks on the wall. Overall a great place to stay x

Ms v Howe

I was attending a 2 day course and booked this b&b for one night. All as expected. Rooms were good, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I had an ensuite and the shower was good, shower gel is provided. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. It was great to have fresh milk and cold water available from the fridge in the dining room. Good selection of tea in the bedroom and other selections to grab from the dining room. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before and was very good. Easy parking. 

Great 

Ken and Fran are excellent hosts who obviously care about the people who stay with them. They take an interest in their guests and are prepared to do that extra little thing to accommodate individual preferences. For example, I only drink Earl Grey Tea. As many B&Bs don't normally I have this I always have a teabag in my pocket for b'fast. Didn't say anything  to them yet next morning there was EGT available - so impressed! This is just one small example of their superb customer focus. M&S food hall, Lidl and Sainsbury's within easy walking distance. Eastleigh rail station is just a couple of 100 metres away. This really is a gem of a find and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Very reasonably priced. 

Superb place to stay and lovely hosts

Simple B&B with narrow parking (break abstain!). Room No. 2 upstairs, clean, with a private bathroom and toiletries. Attention, rooms 5, 6 and 7 have a common bathroom. Quiet. Correct literature. TV, Wifi, water, boilerplate. No closet but a pantry. Breakfast in a small room with a common fridge to store some food. Buffet on hand for cereals and service for a few plates (bacon, coffee, beans...) and tea. No yogurt or departure. Charming, welcoming couple, giving tips for the nearby fruits. Some fast food restaurants on demand. It was in the evening that I learned from my booking that I would have liked to book a few visits to the site, with the first note of the hotel, the total amount of the hotel had been pre-booked, with the first note of the 3 nights.

A Lack of Frankness Unfortunately

Stayed here a few nights and were really impressed with the convenience of location. Short walking distance to supermarkets and town with pubs and cinema. Handy to park the car in the car park and walk for dinner and evening entertainment.
The room was spacious and beautifully presented. Memory foam beds <3. Great idea to have a fridge, microwave, cutlery available in the breakfast room for guests to use - haven't seen this before.
Breakfasts were Full English and really nice.
The hosts were very welcoming and helped with recommendations in the area. 
Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Great location

We were reluctant to book at first as we had a bad experience with this kind of house accommodations, but the level of cleanliness and service was great. 
Nice breakfast with different flexible options and they always check on you to make sure you are alright.

Clean and nice service

A first class stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, Fran and Ken. Our en suite room had everything we needed. The en suite was roomy with a powerful shower and breakfast had everything for even the fussiest of eaters.
The location is a very short walk into the town centre and the property offers plenty of car parking.
We thoroughly recommend anyone staying here.

Excellent in all departments

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights while I was doing a course about 1 mins walk away from the b and b. The location is brilliant It is around 6 mins walk from the station and around 10 mins walk from eastligh town centre. I stayed in a large very well decorated bedroom I had gone for the shared bathroom option as at the time of booking it was the only one available. I know they have en suite rooms availble. They were get accomodationeg as I originally booked on booking.com but then changed my mind and only wanted to stay for one night but then decided it would be better if I stayed for 4 nights and the gentleman always replied to my messages. The couple were very welcome and they run the bed and breakfast brillently. They had a good choice of cereals as well cooked breakfast there and they also had a microwave where in the evening you could heat up a meal and eat it downstairs and then leave the plates to be washed afterwards which was great. The rooms and the bathroom as well as the liveing areas were always very clean and the couple themselves could not do enough for you. All 8n am a great stay for a very reasonable price highly recommend.

Brillent all round bed and brekfast

Location to town centre and restaurants and parking very good,  nice clean room and good size tv.  Room temperature very good.  Good choice of breakfast.   Pleasant hosts,  check in nice and easy.  We would stay there again.
