Fantastic B&B home from home!Maria can't do enough for you.Its so peaceful.We had the double room,a juliette balcony looking over the garden.The rooms are situated at the back of the house resulting in a peaceful sleep.
The bathroom has a large shower,the water pressure and heat are spot on,it's a rainfall shower but it also has a smaller removable shower head.
You tell Maria what your breakfast choice is the day before, we had the full English .It's served perfectly I was lucky enough to see the hens that provided our eggs daily!The bacon and sausage are good quality ,With  homemade jam for your toast.
There is a pub,around 5 minutes walk from the B&B The Black Swan.Where you can have a drink and good food.

Great host Maria, immaculate room with welcoming goodies, lovely garden that daughter found enchanting and impressive breakfast that used much local produce. Been several times before and never disappointed 

Lovely B & B

What a lovely stay we had. Maria was very helpful and contacted the Black Swan to book a table for dinner, as well as suggesting other food venues. The room was excellent and a very good size for 3 of us, with an equally good bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and made at a time convenient to us. She accommodated our dietary requirements as well, making sure no-one was left hungry. The garden was very pretty, as were the surroundings. Wifi worked well and we parked on the drive. We will be back.

Well worth the visit

Excellent B & B.  Nice room, good shower, comfy bed.  Nice big Tele.  Toiletries and hospitality tray provided.
Breakfast is excellent, and you can choose from a wide selection, Maria will accommodate whatever is required.  Beautiful gardens to walk round/sit in if weather permits.
Nice village location, but close enough to visit many surrounding p!aces of interest.


Nice B & B, good location, great breakfast !!!

An absolutely excellent place to stay, and we will definitely be returning. Maria made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The full English breakfasts were delicious, and the dining room very welcoming and comfortable.

We cannot recommend this B&B too highly.

The Best B&B We Have Ever Stayed In!

My wife and I along with a friend visited to attend a nearby wedding. Couldn't have found a more suitable option. Nothing was too much trouble for owner Maria, everything was clean and squared away nicely. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone and would have given six stars if I could have.

Home away from home

We were supposed to stay in this B&B for 2 nights back in October as we were attending a wedding nearby. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night as we had heavy colds and due to the current Covid times, thought it was only right to leave for home. We were sad to leave as Maria was so lovely and accommodating. The B&B was absolutely immaculate! My first thoughts walking in was how clean and fresh it smelt! The beds were comfortable and dispute feeling under the weather, we felt very relaxed after a long day of travelling. We will definitely stay again when we’re next due to visit our friends and we would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Maria and sorry we had to leave on such short notice. Natalie & Tom.

Lovely customer service and beautiful B&B

We booked in 2020 as we were coming to a wedding in the area.  Due to Covid 19 the wedding postponed until October 2021.  Maria kept the date for us and I am so happy that she did. From the week before we were due to arrive she was fantastic.  She helped with local taxi numbers, asked if we would a table at the local pub for food the day we arrived and was just helpful. The accommodation was outstanding. It was so clean and she had thought of everything you might need. The breakfast was gorgeous and a big choice too. I would 150% recommend this B&B and if I ever visit the area again it will be a must stay.

Excellent

Just 2 rooms in this B&B. Maria, the owner, was welcoming and attentive. Checking if there was anything I required. The twin room was clean, tidy, pleasantly decorated with an ensuite toliet/shower room. There is a TV in the room and also in the shared (between both rooms) lounge/breakfast room. 
The 'full English' breakfast was lovely and generous, using locally sourced ingredients. 
Maria was a mine of information about the local area. Should I need to stay in this area again I will check the availability of rooms here first.

A lovely small B&B

Maria is really accomodating and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are perfect. The room & lounge / dining area are all immaculate. Covid precautions are exemplary. Car parking on the drive or in the car park opposite. All facilities are provided. Could not have wanted for anything more. I was in the family room & even a micro feature for children was provided (check the skirting boards when you stay). Just amazing & truly a great place to stay. Please do not hesitate, you won't regret it.
