The most stunning location and b&b! We had a brief but wonderful stay, could have easily stayed longer. Our room was so comfortable, aesthetic and clean! Such a great nights sleep, lovely breakfast and 10/10 swimming pool! 

A blissful night away

The tranquil setting of this lovely B&B was perfect for a weekend in the countryside. When the sun was shining we enjoyed a dip in the pool and when the rain poured down, it was really cosy inside. The views were beautiful, I loved seeing chickens, sheep and cows from the big windows of our room. We enjoyed meeting the dog and the cat, and Victoria looked after us really well. We enjoyed vegetarian breakfasts and were given directions to walk to a local (ish) pub for a great meal. This was ideal accommodation for attending a wedding at Chiddingstone castle as it was a very short drive. I have been telling my family and friends about this wonderful place as I highly recommend it!

Clean, serene and welcoming

We came here to stay for my sister’s hen do. Victoria is a fantastic host and does everything she can to accommodate. It is perfect for a girly weekend away and the views are incredible! We had so much fun in the pool (even if it was a bit cold) and Victoria cooked us lovely breakfasts each morning. We rented her barn kitchen for the evening which was a great idea. Will definitely come back again!

Perfect hen weekend

We stayed en famille for a wedding held locally. We took all 4 bedrooms so had the sitting room/ kitchen to ourselves which was great. 
The property is immaculate and well located. Victoria the owner was delightfully relaxed and very helpful. 
This is a super place which we can strongly recommend.

Hurst Farm

Hurst Farm was where we based our family for the wedding of our daughter. 
We booked all 4 rooms for family and bridesmaids. 
Taking full advantage of the ability to engage a private chef, we booked a private chef, to cater for 14 of us on the evening before the wedding. 
Victoria allowed Daisy and us to 'take over' her most wonderful large, open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is extensively equipped, enabling a most splendid dinner to be prepared by Daisy, and served on a huge table, beautifully laid by Victoria herself. 
Victoria and her Son Alex could not have been more helpful, accommodating and flexible to the unexpected changes to plans and schedules which arose (rail strike). 
The large, multiple spaces available enabled us to 'spread out' the 3 hair and make up professionals in attendance.
The photographer was spoiled for choice for sites to take pre wedding preparation photos. 
Weddings can undoubtedly be a stressful time and particularly for the bridal party. Victorias calm presence, and her experience of these occasions, assisted the smooth running of the whole weekend.
The icing on the cake (no pun intended) is the beautiful location, swimming pool, croquet lawn and tennis court. 
Victoria is without doubt an exceptional host, and Hurst Farm a beautiful venue and location.

What more could anyone ask for ?

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed. The accommodation  is stunning and our host was friendly and welcoming.
We particularly loved the view from the lounge we shared with our friends.
Our breakfast was delicious and will go back.

Beautiful !ocation

Very friendly service and just like a home from home. We enjoyed having all the bedrooms and sharing the common areas with friends and stunning views.  
No TV's in the rooms was unexpected, but most guests found they didn't miss them for the 1 night we were there. Bedrooms were unique and all sweet & cozy. Location was good and all the amenities provided were appreciated. Best feature was the views and beautiful rooms. What we liked least was the proximity to the owners which we didn't realise when booking, and the lack of hot water when we all wanted showers at the same time.

Sweet and cosy

We booked all 4 rooms for our daughter and bridesmaids. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days prior as we were helping with the wedding prep. 

The place was amazing and the views from the first floor sitting room over the rolling countryside were serene.  Very calming whilst hair etc was being  done!!

Victoria the host could not have done more for us.  She was very accommodating as it was quite hectic with flowers,  cars, photographer, hairdresser etc. 

The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of fresh fruit etc. The sunday cooked breakfast was just what was needed!!

Although we did not take advantage of the pool it looked very inviting.  

It is about 15 mins to Oxted train station and simple to reach by car or taxi. 

I would highly recommend this.

Brilliant stay at Hurst Farm. The roll top bath was great. Victoria was a great host and the breakfast of fruits and yoghurt was perfect (and slimming world friendly!).
Recommend going to Hever castle and the Shepherd Neame pub opposite. 
Taxis to Oxted station cost me around £18.

Relax and Unwind

Staying at Hurst Farm made my fully on two day training feel like a holiday even in these odd times. 
Even though there were guidelines to stick to I felt like I was staying here for a break and not a work trip. 
I wanted somewhere to give me peace and quiet as I knew the training I would be doing would be very demanding and stressful and WOW I was not disappointed and even slept for the first time in a long time - only woken by the gentle birdsong of this gorgeous countryside retreat. I stayed in the bedroom with the amazing tub and seeing this view whilst getting ready for my second day of training in Edenbridge was a beautifully restful start to my day. I really look forward to visiting this very special place again when hopefully restrictions are lifted!
