You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from Booking.com you will required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the operator's own secure guest area.
