Checked into the hotel went to my room to find it was facing the main road which is no good to me as I like to sleep with the window open, so I headed back dow to reception to ask if I could change rooms and explain why and to be rudely told no all rooms are allocated and that was that on the receptionist went on doing other stuff. Not a or let me check just told no. Shocking service for a hotel chain of this size.

We stay as a family here quite regularly and absolutely cant fault it. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, the rooms are always spotless. The last time we stayed the kids got an easter egg for doing the hunt in the room which was a great wee touch

Excellent

This is the first time I have stayed with Premier Inn. I knew it was a budget hotel but location was important on this occasion. I had hurt my knee and needed a walk in shower. I phoned the hotel and spoke to Rachel on reception who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Also in the friendliest and pleasant manner. The room was clean and shower excellent. Perhaps only 2 sachets of coffee and one hand towel for 2 people is rather spartan. I could have gone to reception and asked for more but that was a bit of a nuisance.  However, I will now choose to stay at a Premier Inn again if I am looking for a clean, quick overnight stay.

Practical and clean

Where do I start we 1st arrived here 2nd week in January and left only yesterday morning. Spending 12 nights at a time up there. This hotel is all about the staff and let me tell you they are truly the most nicest beautiful bunch of ladies I have ever come across in the hotel sector. I stay in hotels week by week so have experienced my fair share. None I repeat none have ever made me feel so welcome or at home ever. Racheal,Debbie,Lisa,and Kirsty in particular you guys are an absolute credit to that hotel and hopefully it is recognised I will miss you guys all so much and hope we meet again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Hostility

Was up here for work..can’t fault the place at all ..very clean ..friendly staff..Kirsty at front desk even went out her way to give me a phone charger..and was also very helpful giving us advice where to eat drink etc ..would not hesitate to come back..

Clean friendly value for money

Excellent breakfast and room was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful particularly in the brewers fayre at meal times they couldn't do enough it was very efficient all with a smile.

Brilliant

We arrived at 2:50 pm and were told if we wanted to book in to our room it would cost us £10:00. After 3:00pm no charge. This should be made aware when booking your reservation. So we went to the pub next door for a drink which cost less than the early booking in fee. We had asked for a certain room knowing that it had a shower, but were booked into one with a shower over the bath, which would have caused a problem. So then they had to search for a room with a shower cubicle. Causing queues for ones trying to book in. We don’t know the reason why we were moved from the room we had previously booked.

3 night stay

We stayed here recently for a work and social trip in the local area and the room/hotel was exactly as we would expect to find it. Good quality and reasonably priced it was in a great location for what we needed this weekend. 

Exactly as expected

Stayed for three nights in September. Clean and comfortable family room for myself husband and son. There was a fan in the room when we got there which was great as did get warm on one night. 
Rooms cleaned on request and just need to ask at reception.

Friendly reception staff and the cookies when we arrived were such a lovely touch!

Definitely stay again!

Great stay

Family group of 5 adults stayed at the Elgin Premier Inn for three nights on 11, 12 & 13 September. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
