The apartment are lovely and spacious, we booked a 2 bedroom one and had a balcony. View at front was looking onto road and the side view was of the lake. 
Nice and warm apartments and comfortable beds. The only thing is there are zero toiletries provided not even handwash and no hair dryer which was an issue with 2 lady's with long hair if I'd known I would have brought one from home. I think basics.like handwash should be provided.

The apartment we spotlessly clean well furnished and laid out. The location is excellent about 15mins walk from Enniskillen town centre. There is lots of space in the apartment and the views from the living room across the lake were stunning.  
There were a few area where inprovements could be made. The beds were springy and would have been improved by adding a mattress topper. The wifi was kept dropping out and reconnecting. There was no hairdryer provided. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and  was no provision for recycling when disposing of the rubbish on site. It wouldn't stop us staying again but some additional investment would improve the experience. 

Lovely stay at Watersegde Apartments

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartments with our dogs. Great location and open space behind the apartments to let our biggest dig run around. WiFi barely worked in the apartment and we had a leaking radiator in our bedroom. Certain areas like frayed, lifting carpets need to be addressed. The biggest problem with being on the ground floor is the noise of other residents coming in late at night. This went on to after 3am in the morning with banging doors and loud drunken antics. Apartments could do with a night warden to quieten things down.

Dog friendly stay

we booked the accommodation for 16 of us to do the stairway to heaven hike and visit the marble arch caves … it was ideal , the apartments were fabulous, good value and near everything!! the staff were easy to deal with and very helpful will definitely be back !!

The entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Showers were very good. Very well equipped apartment. Pets were allowed. Our family would definitely go back.

Super place for family with pet. Very well equipped. Excellent communication. We'll stay again.

we have been visiting these apartments for over 10 years now. great value for money, cosy modern apartments. would recommend very strongly for a great comfortable stay. we will be back again very soon.     

Great we spot

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE!

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire adult life.

My girlfriend booked this apartment for us so she could attend a hospital appointment early in the morning. She booked a week in advance of staying and booked through booking.com

She specifically booked an apartment for 2 people and 1 pet. She also asked about an early check in. No one responded.

This single stay cost a total of £135!

When I rang to confirm the booking and request a key code or where do we go, I was told I needed to submit a £200 security deposit! This is abnormal straight away. But I did. Now AFTER I paid the security deposit we were emailed with a long list of
“house rules”! This included everything. Even patronising things like “clean up after yourself”. I have screen shotted these lists of rules and have them above for anyone that’s interested. They’re crazy!

This is sneaky. Because if we had known about this before hand we wouldn’t have booked this location. But they wait until after you e paid the deposit before sending them!

We arrived, unpacked and settled in. 2 minutes later there’s a knock at the door, and a random woman who works for this company asked if we had a dog and we said yes. .. she rudely looked at my girlfriend and told us dogs were NOT allowed!! Then she said “SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU” and walked away!

So furiously I called them!
I was put through to a rude so called “manager” called Clark. Where he told me not only do you have to “request a pet friendly room” to which they conveniently had none available but also now we had a dog in a none pet apartment he was going to charge us a £60 “FINE”!

At this stage the argument got heated after I explained more calmly then I felt I should have that we won’t be giving him anymore money and that my girlfriend booked a pet friendly room. If there wasn’t any available then this dull apartment block should NOT have shown up on booking.com’s listing.

After 10-15minutes of arguing with Clark, the so called fine was taken back and replaced with only £20 to keep a pet over night.

This by the way Clark! Is double of any other place I have ever stayed in. £10 is the going rate for pets to stay over night!

At this stage my girlfriend is upset, and the anxiety Clark and this place had caused had made her condition flair up and she wanted to go home. However After a while of discussing we decided to stay.

But the fun doesn’t end there!!

After we made dinner our dog would not settle and kept looking at the same place under the sofa. Upon closer inspection we found A DOGS OLD TENNIS BALL!!

So not only is this place not cleaned correctly! But either this WAS a pet friendly apartment and they were conning money out of us, or someone has had pets up there anyway.

I have taken photos of the dogs toy. Where we found it, I had to take full videos of each and every room and take intricate pictures and videos of the bed. Because as the rules state, if there any excessive dog hair, then you will be charged! No pets allowed on sofas, beds, anything! So although they mention it’s “pet friendly” it actually isn’t. And you’ll be charged for everything!

Also I might note, the blinds were broken in the living space, there’s not so much as a hdmi cable in the tv to hook up and devices and the tv is almost as old as I am, and there’s only a brush to clean up. No vacuum. Which I think is by design so they can charge you more money if they find a single strand of hair they can pass of as a dogs!

All in all. We were afraid to fart in that place in case it cost us another “fine”

Clark was rude, staff were rude, the building is old and the elevator is almost out of use, the area isn’t anything special either.

Please god!!! Go elsewhere! Do NOT stay here!!

We literally had to sweep everywhere in case we were charged! I mean not cleaning is basically the only service a hotel provides. WORST STAY EVER!! 🖕🏾

Please don’t stay here! Awful place!

Personal circumstances meant I couldn’t complete this trip. I realise it was a late cancellation but I was hoping right up to the end that I could attend.
I didn’t even receive a partial refund, which I can live with, but I keep getting asked to review my experience. I think internal communication could be improved as it doesn’t really inspire me to book again at another time.

I didn’t go.

The apartment (Swan Building number 14) was huge, airy, well equipped and spacious.  The leather reclining sofas were a surprise bonus. 

Although on the ground floor, we had a lovely view of the lake and a sizeable enclosed patio which was perfect for our wee Yorkie puppy Trixie. The location made it an ideal base for visiting other parts of this beautiful county, as well as a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Unlike some of the previous reviews, we had no problems with noise from other guests.

The only small blip was the huge traffic queues caused by ongoing roadworks outside the apartments. A mention of this would have been welcome either on the website or in the information emails we received.

We’d thoroughly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again when visiting Enniskillen or the surrounding area.

Spacious apartment in a great location.

A beautifully clean apartment but located beside the main entrance door making it noisy into the small hours. The main road beside the property is busy throughout the night so not a peaceful stay. Had I been aware of this I would not have chosen this property.
