A lovely Hotel. Superb En Suite Rooms, Nice Restaurant and Garden Area, also Parking. Lovely Breakfasts. The owners Graham and Linda are lovely, friendly, hard working people. Making sure that all of the guests have an excellent stay. Key access to come and go as you please. Bus stops outside and opposite, regular 20 min service, journey time to Ewell Village. A lovely stay. Look forward to staying again when visiting friends in Ewell.

Quality Friendly Stay At Nonsuch Park Hotel.

Working on a self-expensed contract in and around London, I was lucky enough to stumble across the gloriously named Nonsuch Park Hotel (Park of the same name across the road).  Family run, WAAAAY cheaper than the ghastly, prison cell-like corridors of Travel Lodges and Premier Inns.  Linda and Graham have truly made it a spotless-nothing's-too-much-trouble home-from-home during my 2 months stay here.

Parking available, tube and mainline stations to London Waterloo relatively near and easy to get to. Near Epsom race course.  Fabulous.

AND MY BATHROOM MIRROR HAS A CLOCK!!!! How cool is that? 😁

Truly a home-from-home hotel

So this might not be the most up to date “boutique” style hotel, but the welcome we received whilst walking the “London Loop” was second to none. We arrived at 10.30 am to start our walk and the extremely friendly owners offered us our keys and chance to leave our cars in the Carpark. Such a refreshing “can do” attitude.
Covid precautions were in place, with cleaning materials available in the en suite bathroom. We were recommended an Italian restaurant in Ewell Village which was superb. The breakfast was fantastic and our hosts were able to cater for my gluten free, coeliac husband superbly. We hadn’t even warned them in advance, but there was gluten free cereal and bread at breakfast. The coffee was superb too. Can’t recommend this place too strongly.

Friendly greeting

What can I say, such a lovely little hotel. It felt like we were staying with family. The owners are so friendly and nothing is too much. We had between us a double room and a family room. All were adequate and comfortable and such reasonable rates. I would highly recommend non such hotel and we had a history lesson as to where the name originated. Great place, scummy breakfasts and lovely service. Thank you so very much. 

My sons wedding

stayed here for one night as we were working in the area!!!
the hotel is in a fantastic location and about a ten minute walk to the local shops and pubs and restaurants where there are plenty of eateries and takeaways to choose from.
great parking facilities too we were travelling in a large work van which easily fitted into the large car park just outside the hotels front door.
We stayed in the attic room which easily accomodated 3 big strapping lads the beds were comfortable and the room was very warm and cosy.
We had breakfast included in the price which was plentiful and very tasty and gave us a fab start to the day.
All in all a very nice hotel with an excellent host (wife was in Tenerife) who was very helpful and couldnt do enough for us.

one night stay

I booked this hotel due to it's close proximity to Nonsuch Mansion where we were attending a family wedding. The wedding was at 3pm and the owners were very helpful in letting us have our room at 1pm to get ready. Just 10 minutes walk to the Mansion across the park so no need for us to take the car or order a taxi.  Room very clean and tidy as was the bathroom with plenty of towels. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Owners very friendly. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will use it again if in area 

Excellent location with lovely hosts

I like this hotel very much. The proprietors are very friendly and it was a natural friendliness. The room was excellent and clean. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the best breakfast I have had in a long time. The bathroom was very clean and very well stocked. The price for this part of the world was simply incredible. I was really very impressed by this hotel. A far better experience than many very expensive chain hotels offer.

Charming, clean, friendly and great food

My wife and I stayed one night in a twin. The room was clean, and very well equipped with a fridge (including two free bottles of water), hair dryer, small portable heater etc. The shower room was small, but adequate,  and there was always plenty of hot water.  The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a  very good choice of cereals, fruit and cooked dishes. 
The photo of the hotel on the web site is inaccurate, and the property is not double fronted - just the left hand side looking from the road.

A good B&B.

It is pretty good. We had a very friendly welcome from the owners, the rooms were well equipped. Kettle, mini fridge, good size and en-suite. It included good free WiFi and free parking. The rooms were clean and tidy, so overall pretty good. The breakfast was really good with a good choice.
If I was being really critical the room was very warm and some parts could be touched up with a bit of paint. However saying this the parking, wifi and breakfast was included in the cost. So it was good value.

After I had booked I later looked at on-line comments and some of them made me regret my choice. As a result of the comments I considered cancelling but could not, at that stage, find a suitable alternative.

However, it was a very pleasant experience and I cannot agree with some of the negative on-line comments; my experience was good.

I had to phone the proprietor before arrival to obtain information about travel and location and received a great deal of useful information, especially about local bus services. He was extremely helpful.

The accommodation was good and, contrary to some of the comments on-line, was clean. The interior did show some signs of age. But the facilities were more than adequate.

The proprietor and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was good.

The breakfasts were exceptional - especially the bacon.

I would be glad to return. I am also glad that I was not able to find alternative accommodation as, had I done so, I would have missed a very pleasant stay. Recommended.
