What was good

So little to like to be honest. The place is so dated. There were one or two good staff, but they were the exception. Bathroom in room was passable and plenty of hot water.

What was bad

Place is hideously dated and poorly maintained. Very little signage to get round hotel. Only one lift working and stairs very difficult to locate. No air conditioning. Horrible bed. Furniture breaking apart. No hairdryer. No sound proofing. Lights that didn’t work in room and tv remote had no back on it. Curtains didn’t close properly. Lockers and changing area in the spa was a dirty, dated disgrace and most lockers not working. Most staff disinterested and often actively unhelpful. Cleaning staff in the morning made an absolute racket shouting to each other and moving around the corridors. Car park is full of pot holes and the entrance to the grounds looks awful. No in room information pack. Would never stay here again!
