Trevino house is kept spotlessly clean by Elaine and nothing is too much trouble for her
The bedroom (no5) was comfortable supplied with plenty of tea coffee and biscuits (including chocolate ones) The double bed was extremely comfortable 
Breakfast was cooked fresh everyday but be careful of the full English it is very big but if you require anything else you only had to ask 
Parking is free In the next street 
If you wish to use public transport then it is a fair old walk but a taxi only costs £4.40 
I would recommend Trevu House 100%

Great stay

Superb room in a great location. The owner, and her mother, were charming and a great breakfast to start the day. Very, recommended. Close to town and harbour. Comfortable bed and in room snacks. Booking direct or on line, you will be, well looked after.

Booked this guest house hoping it would be nearby and ok as not many reviews on Trip Advisor - pleasantly surprised - about 3 doors down from where the band were playing so just perfect. Plenty of off road parking. Friendly owner - lovely front facing large room with small but serviceable ensuite. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Great night's sleep. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dogs. Will be back.

Ferocious Dog at The Pavillions

Arrived at the Trevu and was welcomed by the owner. Lovely clean airy room. Comfy bed. Breakfast hot and tasty. And enjoyable stay. Hospitaity amazing. Will defo book in again when needed. Highly recommended.

Lovely guest house and great hospitality

My husband and I have just returned from an overnight stay at Trevu house.  Elaine and her mother were so welcoming and fantastic hosts.  There are a couple of designated parking spaces at the back of the hotel but there is plenty of free parking very near by.  Room was spotless and had tea and coffee making facilities.  Lovely comfy bed and fresh bed linen.  Tea and coffee making facilities were available and little tubs of biscuits and sweets were on offer.  

Cooked breakfast was lovely.  Elaine went out of her way to book two more rooms for us during high season (for my daughter's graduation).  We were really grateful to her for rearranging her diary to accommodate us. The beach and the town are within a 5 minute walk.  A lovely guest house with lovely hosts.  We will be returning next month.

Lovely stay

Just home from a fabulous week at trevu house in falmouth. I was staying here with my mum when down staying for my nephews wedding. On the day we arrived i asked elaine (the owner) if she could give me directions to penmorvah manor where the reception was. She very kindly went out of her way to take me there to show me herself. The next day instead of me taking my car and leaving it at the venue elaine very kindly again drove us over to save me leaving my car overnight then having to go back for it. Breakfast was wonderful freshly cooked and plenty of it. Our room was lovely bright and airy. Beds were comfortable and house was perfectly clean. Elaine was very friendly and chatted away anytime we saw her. She was also very helpful when i had a bit of an accident and gave me ice packs a couple of nights for my ankle and came to my rom to sort the bed so my foot could be raised at night. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation in recommending trevu house to others. Look forward to staying there again in the future

fantastic stay

This is a family run b&b and normally I would prefer a hotel or Inn. However, the lady running it is so friendly and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast was lovely.  On the down side, there are notes around the bedroom telling you what not to do e.g. leave damp towels in the bedroom.  I understand why but it is a little off putting.  Also, breakfast is served at 8.30 am and only at 8.30 am. Very early when you are on holiday and would like a more leisurely start to your day. You have to walk around the block from the car parking area at the rear of the building to the front door.  There is a back garden entrance but you are not permitted to use it.  I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.
