This is probably the best b and b we've stayed in.
Lovely host who was happy to listen to our moans about the world in the licensed bar, a great touch.
Room was amazing well decorated and equipped large and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.
Breakfast was exceptional parking too and short walk to the town.
Price was very very reasonable and we would love to return next time in Cornwall 

Absolutely fantastic 

Visited Falmouth to see Pre-Raphaelite art exhibition, "King Arthur in Cornwall" at Falmouth Art Gallery. We stayed in Room 1 at Cotswold Hotel which was on the first floor. Sea view, immaculately clean, wardrobe, comfortable bed, TV, kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits and free WiFi. Bathroom had a modern bath with shower over. Whole hotel and room felt airy and inviting. Owner, Liz, was just lovely. Breakfast included, questionnaire was in room for choices for following morning. Generous portions with cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt and best fruit salad ever. Car parking included at hotel. Easy walk to Gyllyngvase Beach, where Gylly Beach Café is open until 11pm and where there is a Co-Op. Overall very good value stay and would definitely stay again.

WOW, what an amazing place !!! Welcomed at the door by liz, and made to feel very comfortable.
We stayed in room 8, and please do not overlook, the room was amazing and the view was absolutely stunning !!! 
The breakfast is absolutely cooked to perfection by olive,and served by liz always with a warm smile and chat.
Spotlessly clean from top to bottom !!!
Nothing was to much trouble for  this wonderful 1stclass  team.
Cotswold house is perfectly placed for the beach (5min walk ) or Falmouth harbour (10mins)
We will definitely be back soon

What a fabulous place to stay. 
Stayed here when I dropped my Son off for his 1st year at Falmouth Uni. 
Greeted at the door, lovely and friendly, and gave me all of the information I needed. 
The room ( 8 ) was fantastic, spacious, and clean. The view was amazing! Can't fault anything about the room. 
Breakfast was ordered the night before for a set time in the morning. The table was ready at the alloted time. Breakfast was beautiful ( sorry I didn't finish it, my stomach was in knots thinking about leaving my boy 6 hours from home! 🤣🤣 ).
I will definitely be staying here again when I come to visit my boy.

Fantastic stay here, highly recommend. Liz was a great host who could not have been more helpful. The food was first rate and they happily catered for me even though I am vegan. The whole building was spotlessly clean and the rooms large, light and spacious. Located just five minutes walk from a stunning beach, with parking on site and bus stop right outside, the location was perfect for me. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful guest house. A tastefully furnished room, modern and impeccable from every point of view. The view from the window is excellent.

Highly recommended

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had room 2 which had a balcony. The hotel is clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for Liz or Jay. It is central for the beach and the high high street which is longer  than you think. I would highly recommend Cotswold House for staying in Falmouth. If I plan to go back to Falmouth, this is the first hotel I would book.

Greathouse with parking.beautiful room with Seaview.no 2 room.lovely breakfasts too.notfar from town.not far from small sandy beach that has a nice cafe on it too.this place is ideal base for lots of sites to see and falmouth town too.enjoyed stay very much

We spent a wonderful week at this B&B in Falmouth. Great location, within easy walking distance of the station, beaches and town centre. Excellent breakfasts, super comfortable room with a small balcony and view out to sea, and ample off street parking. Owner Liz was very welcoming and the licensed bar was a bonus for early evening drinks or a nightcap. We highly recommend this hotel as a base to explore Cornwall.

Fabulous

About 10mins walk from town and harbor and railway station, lovely rooms, very clean , nicely furnished, breakfast very nice and Liz really looks after you .
Great spot to use as a base to explore lower end of the west country.
