Excellent hotel, warm and welcoming. . As always a very comfortable bed. liked the fact that it was secure free parking. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice and lovely cooked breakfast. Everyone very friendly

LOVELY HOTEL PEACEFUL LOCATION

Stop here overnight as we have family here and we were going out with them to a concert at the spa pavilion so this was an ideal location,  have used premier inns before and found them very good, not let down this time either 
Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable,  food good , will definitely be back 

Nice break

Came here to stay for 4 night business visit, accommodation is great, staff are fantastic and very friendly and as helpful as they can be. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay  as it’s value for money and in a good location. Rooms are very clean and looked after, beds are more than comfortable. What else do you need.

Great place to stay for value for money.

Pros: Comfy bed
         Excellent breakfast (chef was a proper decent fella - very chirpy)
         Good parking

Cons: Room was clean but could benefit from a freshen up paint wise as a bit tired. 
          Cleaners were too loud in the morning and woke us up above. 
          We should have been able to check in at 2.50 instead of having to wait until 3 (No i will not 
          pay more money to check in early)

Breakfast and comfy bed. But....

We stay in Premier Inns quite frequently. Unfortunately in this occasion the hotel did not meet our expectations. 
We booked half board and on arrival at about 4pm were told there was no chef on duty. As it was NYEve everywhere else we tried was fully booked. 
The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and you cannot open windows at this hotel so the room was full of condensation after our showers. 
The corridor upstairs smelt of what I can only describe as ‘sick’. It looked clean but clearly hadn’t been steam cleaned properly. 
I’m told I will receive a refund for the dinner option.  
The breakfast plates for the cooked breakfast were cold. 

New Years Eve overnight stay.

Sadly, another Premier Inn that we have used many times, going down hill like a lead balloon.
Arrived at 4pm, and it takes 45 minutes to check in, as the rooms were not ready  - though it  states 3pm checkin on their webpage! We had pre-booked 2 conjoined rooms as we were travelling as a family - when we eventually answered the hotel phone after several days of trying. When we arrived and were eventually given our room keys - separate rooms on opposite sides of the corridor down the hall. 
Eventually, only when i raised the issue, did they apologise, and only when i raised the issue with management did they offer any compensation - a free breakfast - that they eventually increased to a free evening meal as we had already book breakfast. 
Then said meal was delivered staggered over 20 minutes as they had a trainee chef on duty.
Rooms were standard as you'd expect for a Premier Inn - just not the ones we had booked.
Whilst in the rooms, they had contractors working on the windows outside, who kept looking into the rooms whilst we were there - really not a good thing, especially when you are staying with young children. Maintenance should have been done on the outside of empty rooms for the security and comfort of guests staying in the hotel.
Staff were friendly enough when you could fine them, but certainly under staffed to say the least!
Only good point was lots of free tea and coffee (instant) readily available during your stay to make in your rooms.
Sadly, another hotel going down hill, which is a real shame!

45 minutes to check in - Then allocated rooms were wrong!

My self and colleague stayed in premier inns for many many years working all over the country. 
The one in Felixstowe is the worst experience ever! 

The microwave king (cook) 
Royally messed up my dinner. Mixed grill vile chicken. 
Raw steak when asked for well done.  (I don’t like blood) 
Tomatoes on my plate of which I do not like and told them I did not want. 

We also had to go out side the premises to get dinner due to the food not being edible at least.

The room as ok same as any other and slept ok.  

Breakfast - break was vile and completely messed up our orders. 
Asked for well done black pudding and come out completely raw. And my colleague had mushrooms on his plate after tell them he DOESNT. Like them and allergic . 

THE ATTITUDE OF STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. AND RACISM FROM A MEMBER OF STAFF CALLED STEVE AT BREAKFAST, 

My colleague also asked for non salt rock , 
To which Steve’s turned round picked up rock Salt and tried to give my colleague the rock salt. 
Steve assumed someone’s ethnic as a mother member of public who was the same ethnic was sat in the restaurant which he’s assuming , the thanks are related of some sort ,

Worst experience of my life

Came Thursday morning 28th of February had lovely breakfast 3rd visit many thanks to Angela, Emily, chef; Kerry. 
We’ll definitely be back again next month for a breakfast which would recommend to anyone who wants a all you eat breakfast and a great price.

A must for breakfast

All how I expected. Quiet ,clean room in good size with comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath what was big plus for me. Good location in town centre , just a few min to seafront. Close to all local attractions, restaurants and cafes.

Short stay

Always use this hotel when in Felixstowe.
Lovely clean room, comfy bed good size bath.
Nice staff too
Great location for the sea front and town, lots to see and do.
Good value for money and will be back again
