We were greeted warmly by the friendly staff.
The room was spacious, ultra clean and with a fantastic bed...very comfortable with white bedding.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with plenty of towels and little extras- biscuits/chocolate.
The staff are very helpful and bend over backwards to help you.Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay

When I arrived it was a lovely warm welcome from all the staff, they showed me to my room and explained everything, the room was a lovely size, was very clean and had tea and coffee marking facilities with enough to actually have a few drinks. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very powerful. The Roku box made it so I could attach my Spotify and play my music on guest mode so it would log me out, which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The only downfall was they didn't have all the options on the menu for breakfast however, that was the only downside.  It was very good value for money. 
I would 100% stay here again and hope to see how the other rooms are themed.

Beautiful room, clean and friendly staff

Really lovely place! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, great location- short walk to the harbour area, sainsburys right across the road, bus stops close by, free parking & easy to walk to pubs & restaurants. 
Other reviews have mentioned a busy road & traffic noise but we didn’t find this at all.
We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely & always quite busy.

Great stay

Staff really helpful and welcoming. Room large and clean, but rather hot and airless unless you open the windows to the traffic noise (a fan was provided on request). Free parking a bonus and only 5 min walk to the Leas, 10 to town, Sainsbury's just over the road. Thought the breakfast was overpriced as they added tea / coffee on top and tbh it wasn't all that great for a restaurant.

Pleasant, comfortable and clean room and great hospitality

If you’re looking for somewhere with a different look and a relaxed feel, then this place is worth trying out.  

As soon as we arrived the staff proved incredibly friendly and helpful and this continued right up to leaving.  We took the Burlesque Room and found it comfortable and clean.  I would have given the place 5 out of 5, except for the noise from a Christmas party in the restaurant below that ran until 11.30pm.

A great find

A warm welcome greeted us as we walked in and we had a really fabulous room. It was very clean and spacious. The staff are great and the room had plenty of coffee and biscuits. I guess the only down side is the limited parking but you know this when you book.

Fabulous Stay

We stayed for 2 nights with some friends for my birthday, Folkestone isn't far from us but we fancied getting away and the B&B is centrally located so a short walk to the seafront and old town.
The rooms are contemporary with quirky decoration, compact but with everything you need including a super-comfy bed, fabulous towels, coffee & tea making facilities, safe, armchair, and desk.
We had dinner in the downstairs restaurant on my birthday, it was great - food, drinks, atmosphere and service.
I would highly recommend this B&B, and the restaurant, Costas and his team were amazing - friendly and helpful.
Wishing you continued success and we'll definitely stay again!

Fabulous little B&B and restaurant!

We stayed here because of the pictures of the rooms and couldn’t believe we could get such quality accommodation at such a reasonable price.We weren’t disappointed ,on arrival we were greeted by the owner Costas who couldn’t do enough for you,it was like being back in Greece,so friendly and helpful. As for the room,well it was finished to such a high standard it could be twice the price!!!
All this above a fabulous restaurant below.Breakfast was lovely and the staff so courteous and helpful,you deserve every success.

Great Value

From the moment we walked in through the door we felt welcomed. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. A lovely family run business with that ethos evident throughout. We stayed in the burlesque room which was beautifully presented. We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but the food was lovely and catered to the picky eaters. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

Needing a one night stopover we booked a room through an internet provider. It is cheaper to book direct with the venue.
We were in the Burlesque room. Rather quirky wallpaper but very clean and comfortable, especially the bed and the immaculately pristine bed linen. Bottles of water, chocolates, tea/coffee/milk and biscuits were available in the room. As well as a console table with large mirror and table lamp there is a useful desk and comfortable chair and plenty of power sockets. The shower over the bath works well and there is plenty of hot water. Good size bath and hand towels are provided, as well as shower and hand wash gel, and body lotion.
A notice in the room gave details of breakfast in the attached restaurant if required.
There is free parking at the side of the property. Reception is via the restaurant and guests are shown to one of the three rooms above and at the side of the venue. Access to the rooms is made secure by a coded lock on the main door to the stairs which afford access to guest rooms. This ensures visitors can come and go as wished.
The overriding unique selling point of Stay2a is the incredibly welcoming staff who are both friendly and efficient. We were invited to have a much appreciated complimentary drink by the owner and enjoyed the busy but relaxed restaurant atmosphere.
We would highly recommend if in the area.
