We've stayed in many b&b's around Britain and this is the best of all. Everything said about this place in the positive I agree with. I have had to add all this extra words as my thoughts are said in the 1st sentence. 


Best b&b visited

Stayed recently for a week ,looked after very well by Neena and Scott we had the room with wonderfully comfortable  king size bed. 
Hospitality was first class, room had everything you could need and some lovely touches like shortbread fruit and chocolate .Plenty of choice for breakfast inc.  traditional Scottish touches like  very luxurious porridge with cream ,brown sugar and berries and oatcakes with cheese as well as usual cooked etc. Very close for walk to town and lovely view of Loch from breakfast room. Would highly recommend.

First class B&B with wonderful hospitality.

Stayed for 2 nights-Neena is so sweet and helpful-she sent us pictures of her place with where to park in back for our drive there. The full breakfast included was a great way to start the day-lots of choices! Close to town-about a 10 minute walk. Beautiful views of the loch out of our room-right across the street! Bathroom was a good size, as was the shower-nice hot water, too! The room has a tv, which is nice for relaxing before bed. Coffee and tea and hot chocolate packets in the room with hot pot-many little touches we appreciated! I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely B and B near town and all the little extra touches to feel comfortable

Breakfast was wonderful, whether the fry-up or porridge, coffee is the real thing, location is a short, scenic walk into town, and the room was clean, super comfy, quiet, and tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Neena recommended a few restaurants in town (walking distance) and the Indian place offered the best we'd ever had outside London (and that includes India). Off-street parking on the premises made coming and going easy and safe. Can't imagine a better experience all together.

Neena is a lovely host and the accommodations are the tops

Wow what can I say. A fantastic 5 night stay here with Neena and Scott ensuring it was made as comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee in the room with a lovely fruit bowl and biscuits- replenished daily. A breakfast that filled you up all day and nothing was ever too much trouble. A short walk to Fort William with plenty of eating places and overlooking the loch. Definitely will return.

Amazing stay

Very enjoyable stay on our NC500 tour. Neena was welcoming on arrival. Our room was tastefully decorated with lots of lovely extras. Fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee, chocolates and toiletries. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Lovely walk round town of Fort William. Hard to find anywhere to eat as all booked but did find a table at the Grog & Gruel. Food OK but cramped in the bar area.

Enjoyable stay at this B&B

Neena was very friendly and provided various unexpected personal touches. We booked the room at front with superb view of loch. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Freshly cooked to order and the sausages and bacon were unlike the offerings at most hotels, regardless of coast. Really tasty. Absolutely spotless and thoroughly recommended. If you've got as far as this review, don't waste any more time. Book this one. You won't regret it.

Wonderful B & B

We had waited for over a year to finally stop at Ardlinnhe cottage due to Covid restrictions, and we were not disappointed.  The cottage is a fantastic place, it is what we call an upside down house, bedrooms downstairs, living room etc on the 1st floor, it was both tastefully decorated, and furnished, and was immaculate inside. the property is about 15mins walk from the town centre. There was ample parking for at least 2 cars. we could not asked for more from this property.  We used the cottage as our base to explore the area around Fort William, which we have wanted to do for a number of years.

What an amazing cottage we had it was just behind the b&b....it was imaculately cleen....they had thought of everything....the bed was great best night sleep i had in ages..!! It was like home from home...anyone thinking of booking do it...!! We will certainly be back.....thank you...😊😊

Family holiday

Great B & B, super room, extremely clean and well maintained. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. Our hosts Neena and Scott were very pleasant welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend.
