Had such an amazing stay at this hotel great service all the staff are very friendly and helpful big shout out to Tania the receptionist who sorted my bed out for me and really made me smile the restaurant next door which is part of the hotel is also really great amazing food and drinks with a lovely breakfast in the mornings

Great stay

Clean room, great night sleep, quick and friendly check in and fantastic staff! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was lovely the following morning, loved the hashbrowns and sausages. Great stay will definitely be back! 

Great room and staff

Somehow, this Hotel was located in a small part of Yorkshire that we had never explored. The Hotel was an ideal base. And if our physical health and levels of fitness were better, we could easily have spent many more days in the area based from the Hotel.

Fantastic service from Nicola M. As a walk in guest she helped me find alternative accommodation as the Premier Inn was full (even with a lost voice!) - thanks Nicola / you really helped me out - I’d give 10 stars if that was allowed. John F

Premier inn was great and our evening meal was average. Breakfast was a disaster chef didn’t turn up on 1st day poor waitress was run ragged. 2nd day the whole breakfast was cold including the plates this is not acceptable.

Family gathering

The rooms and service are pretty consistent, but the situation - on the edge of a village in a hotel extension to an old canalside inn - make this a bit special. The village has great chippie, curry house and pubs and buses and trains (Settle Carlisle line)

Probably the best Premier Inn we have stayed in

When we arrived there was a slight issue with our booking, our own fault, but Nicola M on the front desk was fantastic and sorted us out. She was the steady hand and friendly face we needed on arrival. 
The room itself was clean, spacious  and comfortable. The location was also great. An easy walk from the village and the bus stop outside made it easy to strike out into the dales without a car.

Lovely trip fantastic staff at the premier inn and the adjacent pub where the food is great value for money with excellent friendly happy staff accommodation large spacious warm clean tidy and location just outside Skipton excellent

Excellent location

Stayed in the hotel for work and stayed for two nights. And had a little issue with the Wi-Fi but that was quickly sorted for the fantastic staff on the front desk Jenny and Nicola M. Upgraded it for me. 
They was very welcoming and helpful.
