Spacious and very clean en suite twin room. Great hosts, made us feel really comfortable. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and is plentiful. A really good location to explore Loch Lomond. Loved our stay and would stay again. Nice view over fields from our room. 

Wonderful B&B

This is the nicest b&b you could ask for. Run by the nicest couple who couldn’t be more friendly or do enough for you. Clean, comfortable and covid compliant I think this was the best service we had during the whole of our stay in Scotland. On top of that I was given a book to read at breakfast about whiskey and was able to get my dad a special limited edition whiskey from the distillery that he will love. Little things and tips like that make a holiday special. It’s so nice to feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Cannot thank you guys enough. Xxx

The Best B&B - the sweetest people ever

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is beautifully presented, very clean and tidy with plenty of facilities. The views from the cottage and garden are breath taking! 
After traveling around the island daily for activities we realised that our accommodation was in the best location on the island. It is only a short walk to local bars, restaurants and the coop which we found extremely handy. It is also a very short distance from the ferry port. 
The accommodation is also pet friendly and our dog also enjoyed his stay. 
We will definitely be returning to Arran and will only want to stay here.

Fantastic first visit to Arran

On the first leg of a bike trip around the north of Scotland. A friendly and helpful welcome that had us feeling at home instantly. Well appointed rooms and a comfy bed followed by a breakfast to set us up for a full day's motorcycling. 

The perfect 1st night

We stayed at the cottage whilst visiting Scotland for a wedding. Whilst the B&B itself is lovely; warm and cosy with everything you need, it’s the owners of this place that make it so special. They went over and above to make sure we had a fab trip and are just genuinely lovely people that are also super interesting to talk to. Paul showed us the good walks to do (including a walk to the venue where they got married themselves!) and Mabel cooked a cracking breakfast. Both just lovely, lovely people.

Incredible Stay

We had a wonderful one night stay here. We were received by the delightful Mabel and shown into a lovely lounge with log burning fire which was especially for guests and then up to our beautifully appointed en suite bedroom. Mabel gave us directions to the local hostelries for dinner. On return we enjoyed the fireside with two other guests over a tot or two. We had been on Islay so had some sampling to do. Paul, a lovely man, popped in to say hello and stoke up the fire . He too, was mmost convivial. The breakfast was a pretty picture on a plate and tasted exquisitely. I wish I had taken a picture. Everyrythig was top quality and carefully thought through. A pity we were on our way home, We could easily have stayed much longer with this exceptional  couple.

An absolute joy to stay here

We had such a delightful stay with Mabel and Paul. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. They were also very knowledgable on the area. We had a delicious, filling breakfast and comfy beds for the best sleep we had during a week of staying in different b&bs. Thanks so much Mabel and Paul for having us! 

Brilliant 

I stayed here for one night with my daughter, we had a room each, and she had her dog with her, the rooms are beautiful, the views out of the upper windows are of a spectacular mountain range.
There’s great WiFi lovely hot en suite shower, and a cosy communal lounge with big leather sofas and a log fire.
The breakfast is a beautifully cooked and presented meal that sets you up for the day, you can tell the ingredients are great quality.
A fabulous B&B run by a really lovely couple. 
Would massively recommend.

Lovely people and a lovely place

Fantastic! So warm and welcoming, Paul joined us in having a beer and we chatted about our time in the military. Mabel was lovely, didn't join us for a beer but we forgive her.
Cosy wee cottage and I absolutely recommend it to anyone passing through the Trossachs.

Introducing my Welsh mate to the highlands

Made to feel very welcome on arrival and throughout the duration of my stay. Paul and Mable were the perfect hosts and a wealth of great tips and ideas on how to make the most of my stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Would love to go back!
