Stayed for 3 nights for £120 … that’s £20 each per night…. We expected a dump but were extremely impressed!!!
Great value for money, great location and everything we could possibly need except loo roll which we knew to bring after reading other reviews… we will definitely book again!

Value for money, exceeded our expectations!

Stayed here for a girls weekend with friends, the staff at reception on arrival was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The apartment was great, beds were decent, shower was fab and there was enough room to sit comfortably watching tv at night, the location is fab. However there was defo some negatives, I tried calling the number for the apartment which rang out numerous times, there wasn’t enough cooking facility’s like knifes, pots and pans. And the staff member at reception when we left was in her Panama’s and didn’t even acknowledge us when we tried to check out, I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. However overall I thought it was a great apartment and I would return. 

Decent apartment 

Stayed here on a girls trip was a lovely apartment self catering even a washing machine! Spacious Lovely warm welcome nice clean and tidy on arrival close to metro and party strip. Thanks for an amazing time.

Amazing wee apartment

This was an ideal place to go really good price if your on a budget 2 mins away from metro nightlife 5 mins away the place was clean..beds comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a place to stay...receptionist was a delight to speak to .. absolutely will book again ...  can't wait .. thanks

We stayed here on a girls trip. Beautiful building such a lovely reception area. Huge apartment. Amazing for all us girls getting ready – self catering amenities all there. Beds were surprisingly so comfortable.    Fantastic Location 2 minutes walk from the Metro Station.
5 mins taxi to the main party locations  strip. Cant wait to go back to Newcastle. I would for sure book back in at these apartments location is absolutely spot on! Staff in the apartments were lovely such a friendly Geordie welcome. Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay!

Excellent Location

First visit to Newcastle with friends and just looking fir a budget hotel in a quite area and found exactly what we needed, excellent location fir travel as across road from metro , lovely building and staff couldn’t be more helpful have noticed negative reviews and to be fair fir the price you paying for it’s brilliant . Simple self catering apartment and has amazing time and will be back

Girls shopping weekend

Were placed here via chillisauce and have never stayed in a more disgusting and unhygienic accommodation. It clearly had not been cleaned in months, our feet were black with dirt, and hadn't been hoovered for months. Tiles chipped, wires hanging out. We asked to be moved but they had no where for us 
The Apartment company will not accept any liability for the state of the place and fabricating lies. Ruined the whole hen do never book through them.

Disgusting, dirty and unhygenic. Do not use this company for any form of accomodation

Lovely interior, great location and Danny the manager was amazing couldn't have been more helpful.Will definatley return. I would reccomend to anyone if they are looking for accomidation as it ticks all the boxes.

It is almost impossible to convey how disgusting this apartment was. Having travelled to Newcastle with a group of friends for a hen party, we had booked somewhere cheap and functional for our weekend... Or so we thought. On arrival the guy on the front desk demanded a £30 cleaning fee for each of the three rooms, we only had the cash on us in that moment for one so, slightly miffed at the lack of notice, we handed that over. However, once we unpacked it became clear that none of the rooms had been cleaned.

Walking from the kitchen to the bedroom was enough to make your feet or socks entirely black. There was confetti still lying on the floor from the last party and cobwebs in abundance. Mould was growing up the tiles in the shower (which only ran freezing cold or scaldingly hot) and the kitchen sink filled the room with a scent closely resembling rotton eggs if you ran the water too long. The breakfast bar was missing a pole; there were holes (plural) in the walls and the kitchen was badly stocked... Not a teaspoon in sight and there was no way you could have a cooked any sort of meal using those facilities. There were no hooks on any of the doors and nowhere to put your suitcase or unpack... The wardrobe was a pole sticking out of the wall, meaning we spent the entire weekend trying to avoid any of our belongings touching the floor. There were no curtains on any of the windows, half of the blinds were broken and there were nameless marks on the walls in the bedrooms. Climbing into bed the first night one of the girls found a half-eaten pizza with some used teabags and sugar packets sitting under her duvet and my bed was covered in somebody else's hair. We called in at reception and got the sheets changed but only on those two beds... I dread to think what the other girls had to sleep on. Even the new sheets that were bought in were stained and the duvet itself was disintegrating; the pillow was about paper-thin and had to be folded in half to serve any purpose.

The apartment had literally nothing to recommend it and to top it all off at the end of the stay the same man on reception (which smelled strongly of urine) told us that he would not be refunding any cleaning charges because it was not within his power despite him being the one who took the money in the first place. I would never and could never recommend anybody stay here. Service was appalling, apartments were disgusting and to be frank we felt lucky to come out of that place without getting ill as we'd spent two days stewing in other people's filth.

Worst place I have EVER stayed!

After unexpectedly having to pay a £30 cleaning charge for this stay I am furious. Absolutely disgusting apartments. Beds weren’t even changed and there was A SLICE OF PIZZA AND USED TEA BAGS IN THE “MADE UP BED” !!! 
Couldn’t believe it. The man behind the desk was apologetic and then changed the bed at 11.30 pm for us, and then needed help because another one had hair in it and clearly he had never changed a bed in his life. So he said he would sort it and then went to speak to “his” cleaners outside the apartment where we had the window open.. he said we were an older party (I’m 27) and that we were “fine”.. well no. I wanted the 30 pound cleaning charge back, he said he would have to speak to his manager ... he said he was so sorry and completely unprofessionally was swearing in this conversation and saying how much his cleaners got paid to clean. He then didn’t have the decency to give us the 30 quid back, as that was for apartment 2 and the pizza was in apartment 5.. for someone who said he was the face of the company he certainly hasn’t done the decent thing and if I hadn’t been so annoyed I would have asked for the contact details of the mystery boss (who supposedly wasn’t happy either) about the pizza incident.  
Being one of 12 in the party I would be surprised if there wasn’t another review similar to this ... 
We didn’t expect the ritz as they are cheap and cheerful ... did expect it to be clean, free from chips off the floor, no vomit and make up stain up the wall and for a functioning smoke alarm which was not there. I’m not a particularly fussy person and like to make the best out of bad situations but honestly..  Find somewhere else to stay, unless you want to live in other people’s filth.
