Friendly staff, always willing to help, very clean and appointed rooms , Restaurant on site , no travelling out for meals, excellent wifi, Plenty of casual seating area's to sit with friends and chatter.  Well organised staff. Always aim for this hotel when in the Gateshead / Newcastle area

We have stayed at Premier Inns on numerous occasions, so knew what to expect from the rooms and staff - everything was acceptable, though the Premier Plus designation doesn't mean much from our experience here.
Buffet breakfast was actually below par for Premier Inns, and the choices at the bar were lamentable, with no liqueurs, cocktails, or decent beers being offered.
Our main reason for being here was to visit Newcastle city centre, and this was easily done via the close and frequent bus service.

Easy access to Newcastle

Stayed here few time’s lovely friendly staff clean comfortable and close to everything I need it for . Nice little restaurant pub across the road. Shops and coffee shops close great amount of parking for cars

It was a pleasant stay and enjoyed the whole process as it was stress-free check-in and checkout with a good breakfast and a huge FREE car park.. located in very close to the city and some main attractions.

2nd time I have stayed here in a year. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Spotlessly clean, staff helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Large selection for breakfast. Free parking. What more could you ask for. If you want to eat your evening meal before 6pm ( time the restaurant opens) then there is a pub restaurant over the road.

Always clean and food is lovely.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting family. Can’t complain, nice and tidy room. We always stop here when up north. Always love staying at the Gateshead one as it’s normally cheaper than the city centre hotels in Newcastle. Can’t review the food as we ate opposite at the pub so we could stretch our legs lol.

Clean and tidy

Quite location, easy form booking through  to arrival, staff were very friendly and informative, always had a smile with service. We stayed in the premier rooms level 7, quite, big rooms, comfortable nights sleep with all amenities for a great value price. Breakfast good choices and very clean restaurant, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return in the future. 

Great service

Using the premier inn was a good choice for me as I had early appointment and didn’t want to drive in rush hour traffic.. the room was warm,  clean, comfortable with excellent quality furniture and linens .. 

Pre opp visit

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. Situated close to the main routes with free parking. Newish building, public areas clean and modern. The premium room was very good with everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast is standard buffet style with decent choice. I had dinner one night which was good. The stand out for me was the friendly and efficient staff, would stay again.

Very Good Premier Inn

I stay at the Team Valley hotel on a regular basis and I am never disappointed. Value for money, comfortable and very friendly staff.
The location is within easy reach of the city centre with ample car parking available.
