Don't go to this place its full of junkies and the staff r taking drugs and they take things out the rooms the bind all of my clothes everything I owned and the said I would get compensation but all the e-mails I've send don't get a reply and when I call and talk to the manager a just get the same thing I've sent the owner an email if any one know how i can contact the owner plz let me know there covering it up clearly not emailing him coz someone will get the sack its a joke thousands of pounds in clothes mobile's family's photos at rhr end of 23 this happened to me and the left me with nothing but the clothes on my bk if anyone knows I can get a hold of the owner please let me know

this is the worst hotel I have ever booked. dirty , staff rude. the experience over stay is unpleasant, paid £173 for this hotel is worst thing ever done. room was soooooooo dirty.......... bedding was sooooooo dirty.................

terrible hotel

Hi everyone,
I am staying there at the moment, from October 11 until now, and not for long, I hope!

Due to an issue, i became homeless, i was referred to this hotel. There is curfew, 12.00, midnight, otherwise I loose the room! Can’t stay at friends for a late evening!

Don’t be fooled, the staff, are horrible, they won’t give you the internet password, pretending that there is none! The bed covers smell the old man! 

The guy who “cleans” the room makes you feel that he owns the hotel, this housekeeper is hideous, beware, he owns the place.

Believe me, it’s very hard to be homeless in Glasgow, and a roof above your head is amazing, but these people make you feel you are less than nothing because they are better people.

When I dare ask for my daily 200ml milk, it’s like I am asking the world, you would see his face, it’s nearly comical !!! 

Don’t bother asking the reception for anything because they won’t give you anything, they may be paying for it 😂 
There is no heating, and I can’t take a shower more than 15mins I was told by the room boss! 

I hope you will never get the chance to drop by here!

Homeless hotel

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Brian the manager is really rude, obnoxious and full of himself. 
I was placed there through Glasgow homeless. I got thrown out this morning because I decided to go outside the hotel and have a smoke and phone call. I was walking round the block a few times while I was smoking and on the phone I got thrown out doe that. I don't see that I was doing anything wrong. I was not on his property whilst smoking. I was in a public street. 
If you want to stay in Glasgow and be treated in a civil,polite and respectful way do not stay at this hotel. 
The rules that Brian puts in place are unacceptable. You are not allowed to speak to any of the other guests in the hotel. You are not allowed to have visitors. You are not allowed to smoke on the same street as the hotel or any of the surrounding streets. The TV is set a volume and you can't change it. Also they come into your room twice a week and go through your belongings to make sure that there isn't any drugs or alcohol in your room. I do not think it is acceptable that you have to let him go through your personal and private possessions. I do not recommend this hotel. The only recommendation I would give it is that you stay away from it all together. Do not go anywhere near it.

Went to make an enquiry at this hotel and received abominable treatment.    The male receptionist  told me that "he did not have to tell me anything " and that "he did not have to be courteous ".  Wow  !!!!  Perhaps a course at Charm  School  would be beneficial and improve first impressions.

Stay away! !!!!!

Queens Park hotel do not anywhere explain that payment for your stay is taken a few days BEFORE your arrival, to ensure that you don't cancel for free (which we had no intention of doing but certainly not the point as free cancellation is free cancellation). Upon arrival to the hotel on the 20th June they explained the initial amount of £110 that was prematurely taken would be refunded and they would need ANOTHER payment of the same amount to secure the room, to which we had to agree to prior to being allowed to our room ASSURED we would be refunded for the first payment in the next few days.

I have contacted this hotel twice to ask when the refund will be made, to which I have had no reply.

This hotel has essentially stolen £110.00 from my account with no indication of returning it to me. The facilities themselves were unclean and cramped, we had to move rooms because of the smell of the first one. 

Do not stay here if you are looking for value for money or if you prefer not to have your money taken from you for no reason.

This hotel steals money from guests!!

The BFM and significant other decided to stay here overnight on a trip to Glasgow for pre Christmas shopping.

We booked about a week before and got a comfortable room (with double bed). It had en suite bathroom with shower facility. There was tea/coffee facilities and it was near the local park. It was clean and tidy and would recommend it especially if you want to visit the Southside.

Cheap n cheerful

We paid £35 for a double room and booked on the day we were to arrive. Our main priority was a dog friendly hotel at a low price. We got a triple room (a whole bed for the dog!) and a park across the road for walkies. Free parking on the street right outside. Good size room and shower room, not immaculately clean but if it was then i don't suppose they would've allowed dogs. Didn't hear much noise until the morning until people were checking out and walking along the corridors but even then, it was more our dog disturbing us than the other customers.

Bonus surprise was a breakfast to go bag left outside the room, a bowl of cornflakes and apple juice. Also full size kettle, bourbon biscuits and plenty of tea/coffee/creamers.
