Best B&B on the West Coast

Stayed 28th June. It is impossible to fault this B&B; the accommodation is fantastic (4-star quality at least), the service is excellent and the breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast table was a delight to behold both in terms of the food and the beautiful china. The en-suite bathroom had a huge range of ointments and lotions, not to mention a pack of disposable razors! Delia is a lovely lady and a very friendly host and made our all too short stay extremely enoyable. No hesitation in recommending. Simply perfect.

Simply perfect

This was the best B&B I have stayed in in Scotland. Fantastic room, incredible breakfast and a view to die for.The owners are delightful and so welcoming. The accommodation was first rate. I especially loved the decor and all the wonderful artwork, most of which was painted by Bryan, the owner.I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic

The best B&B we have ever stayed at.  Such a warm,friendly welcome from both Delia and Bryan.  The room was beautiful, immaculately clean and with so many thoughtful extra touches.  Breakfast was a joy as was the privilege of being allowed into the kitchen to watch Sally the Seagull in the garden.  Such a shame we had only booked the one night but we intend to remedy this sad mistake as soon as we can.  If you love wildlife, books, lovely views, good accommodation, good food and good conversation  then you will certainly love this B&B.

A tremendous treat for tired tourists

We only stayed for 1 night but wished we could have stayed longer. This B&B is fabulous in a great location just a walk away from the Aultbea Hotel down the road which does great meals at decent prices.  Our hosts Delia and Bryan were so welcoming as we sat in their living room and had a good chat over a pot of tea shortly after our arrival.  We felt right at home straight away, our room felt luxurious, it was clean, spacious and the tea, coffee and nibbles in the room were generous - Bryan's scones are delicious and his art is inspiring.  We slept very well in great comfort, and woke up to have a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.  If we're ever in this area again we will be back!  We definitely recommend Kirkhill House B&B, it's a luxury without having to splash the cash :)
