I was over the moon with the service I received and my room although it could do with a mini fridge had to drink warm drinks. And it would’ve been great if I didn’t have a mobile home parked right outside my window which resulted in me having to have my curtains closed at all times due to people looking in. 

Overnight break

Parking was included - there was a pad to input your reg at check in. The staff were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. You usually know what you’re getting which is why I like premier inns, as usual the room was clean, bed very comfy but I had so much space - I was in room 1 and it was big and airy.

Large airy room, wonderful staff

Jason on the reception desk was very helpful, went over and above to help me out with my booking , due to originally getting the wrong night booked , he also asked would I want food, he then booked the restaurant with the time for me & did the same for my breakfast

I wish to commend Premier Inn Gravesend Central hotel for an Astonishing comfort and satisfaction away from home.Good customer service, safety, security and convenience. I will never regretted opting .

Comfort

Easy place to find. Large car park and good food. The room was clean and had the necessary amenities. Reception is well attended and the receptionist polite and knowledgeable. Close to Bluewater and to the Dartford crossing. 

Nice place to stay

Tired and dirty looking exterior of the hotel let it down a bit. We stopped at the hottest week of the year and the rooms don't have air con! We were given a fan but it made no difference, also there should be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. We have been to many Premier Inns before and we feel this is one of the worst ones. It desperately needs an upgrade, during our stay they were replacing the beds but air con is needed much more. The Premier Inn breakfast also was we felt not very good, cheap tasting orange and apple juice and the continental breakfast was of poor quality and looked like it had been sitting there for some time.  Lots of other people were also very unhappy with their rooms. 

Very Dissapointing

Proper clean of the room required,  the corners in the bathroom were disgusting with build up of dust/gunck.  It was 20 degrees outside at night and thirty in the room, a fan was provided, but it didn’t make any difference.  We won’t stay with premier inn again  from June to October anymore unless air con is available as we didn’t sleep and the sleep guarantee is not worth the space written on with the exclusions in it.

Too hot

Disappointed the hotel was like an oven. Worst night sleep i had ever. I went with my 10 year old son and even he said hotel was shockingly bad. It was so hot it was unbelievable. The shower head was also fixed. I prefer a shower handle you can move. The water pressure was also very low. I hope i get some compensation as we were not happy

No air conditioning it was cooler outside than inside

Amazing accomodation that was very clean and very comfortable. The beefeater had a very good menu and the food was real good. The staff was very good and friendly.

Jane checked us in and she was very professional and very friendly, she is a good asset to the business.

Good spot to stay in Gravesend

On arriving to the hotel my family said what  have u booked us in to ?? The place looked really run down because the windows were old and were really filthy full of bird poo and years old cobwebs covering them (it takes 5 minutes to wipe a cloth over them ) so we ventured in thinking the worse , the girl on reception was lovey asking what time we would like breakfast etc .. 
we then went to our rooms I had to close my window as it was covered in cobwebs and there was a spider on the bed I didn’t want any more crawling in , the room was clean and the bed was soft there was coffee and tea available and u can ask for more if needed , the bath room was clean until I pulled the shower curtain open to see pubic hairs on the tiles 🤢 .
It was the same in the bath room of my son and daughter-in-law’s the bath hadn’t been cleaned , 
The rooms could of done with an air freshener as they stunk of cig smoke , I went out and brought some back to mask the smell , the food was ok just extremely busy at 9am and waited 50 mins to have a cooked breakfast so we didn’t eat  lunch or tea there so can’t comment.
