Due to the 2 negative comments I've had to leave a review, Ive stayed multiple times with my girlfriend and the host is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond for you, If you order takeaway and their too lazy too call you to say they're outside she will take it and bring it too your room, Always makes you feel welcome, Beds are always made and spotless clean, bathroom/shower are always spotless clean, The bathrooms are exceptionally modern and stylish, the showers are lovely and able to change the water flow from rainfall to waterfall, Beds are really comfy, More than enough storage spaces within the room, Rooms are very cozy especially if your with your partner had some really lovely nights here as the room gives cosy cottage vibes, And you really can't go wrong with the prices either considering the competition in the town this place definitely comes out on top for value, Cleaniness and all round satisfaction, Me and my girlfriend will definitely be staying here again,

We had an Amazing Stay at this hotel where the hosts made us feel very welcomed and no task was too small for them.  From letting us check in late, to providing a hair dryer and iron to even letting us spend some time in the Garden with a late check out! Pat was especially the most kind and went above and beyond each and every time! Thankyou very much for an amazing stay!

Excellent Hosts.. Went Above and Beyond Each Time

Characterful, clean, and comfortable. Our family room was huge compared with chain hotels and the beds and pillows were extremely comfy. Good glazing meant traffic noise wasn’t noticeable and thick curtains made it hard to wake up! Large flat screen TV with remote, a writing desk and chair, arm chair, and the  large marble fireplace and soft furnishings gave the room character (and a handy mantelpiece). Plenty of tea, coffee and milk cartons, and a complimentary biscuit on each of the three cups and saucers everyday. The en suite was stylish and loads of good towels as well as soap and shower gel etc provided. The shower was blissfully powerful. There are loads of takeaways and eateries nearby. We enjoyed an Indian from the Hill, just around the corner, and a Dominoes another night, but the highlight of our stay was a delicious, (and huge) Turkish meal at the popular and friendly Sultan Sofrani. This is about a fifteen minute walk away, but we struck lucky and our friendly host spotted us after we set off and gave us a lift to the door in his luxurious Mercedes. Star treatment!

owner was friendly and very helpful. gave us a choice of rooms as we were first ones there! the owner also gave us the best and most privacy as possible which was great!
the room was very cosy and warm.
me and my girlfriend overall really enjoyed a night away thanks to Pat (the owner). :)

Brilliant customer service. Made me feel welcome and made feel satisfied with my stay here. Especially Pat looked after us well. Rooms were very clean and comfortable I will definitely be booking here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here at Jessamine House, Rupert and Pat were particularly welcoming. The rooms were very clean and fresh, loved the bathroom and would defo stay here again if I get the chance and am in the area. 
Got a really good sleep on the bed and wanted to let everyone know that if you are passing through this area , don't miss out.

My partner and I ended up stayed here for longer than expected and I can honestly say the owners really went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The service and standards were excellent and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks again!

Excellent service & stay

This hotel is really clean, the beds are so comfortable they’re unreal! I can’t say enough how good Pat the host was, made our stay the best one yet. Thank you for having us, we’re coming back very soon.
