A gem of a find, characterful traditional farmhouse. Welcoming and delightful host. My room was spacious, a comfortable bed and modern, clean bathroom. A very well presented and delicious cooked breakfast, with a good selection of other options. Highly recommended.

Tripped up into this little place , clean tidy all ya need and very comfortable bed. Slept like a log with the country air .
Gosh the fresh cooked to order tradition Bfast mmm . Fresh coffee , bread toast .

Great welcome and family feel

Disappointed as no mention on website of the major building work going on, bulldozers early morning etc. My main issue is being mislead. If I’d know, I’d have been prepared, brought wellies for outside, or possibly booked elsewhere. The host was pleasant, bed clean and  comfortable and breakfast excellent,unfortunately room not particularly clean, bedside table in particular thick with dust and huge cobwebs on bedside lamp which isn’t really good enough. Am sure it will look great when finished, but do think it’s wrong to not make prospective guests aware before they book.

The B&B is not high end, it's not ultra modern furniture and not in a busy tourist site.  What it is though is charming, cosy, ultra friendly and probably the most welcoming guest house I have ever stayed in.  The owners look to your ever need, the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished.  They have everything you need from the wifi, tv, comfy beds and superb bathrooms and even tea, coffee and biscuits.  Don't get me started on the freshly cooked breakfast - My goodness, what a way to start a busy day, I opted for poached eggs, bacon and toast.  Homemade bread, Wiltshire bacon (just as thick as it should be) and the eggs are from their own chicken and can you tell the difference?
Not down that way often but if I am I'm sure to book you again,  many many thanks.

Overnight stop with work - what an eye opener

Booked this lovely B&B as we had a wedding to attend nearby. Our hosts were warm & welcoming. We arrived early to drop off our bags & collect our key. Our room was on the second floor with all the amenities & a huge bathroom. Breakfast was delicious & the fresh fruit just perfect. Milk was actually served in milk bottles, like it used to be😋😋

Warm Friendly & Welcoming 

So, I was told by work at short notice to stay in the area. The usual search result brought up Manor Farm Bed and Breakfast and i'm so glad it did.

The B&B - Set in beautiful countryside the B&B is on a working farm. An absolute delight and bursting with character building. And, ample parking!

Service - I was greeted by one of the most welcoming of hosts ever. Curteous, polite and friendly. Offering advise on where to eat and even accommodated my early breakfast (0630) without the bat of an eye or any fuss.

The breakfast - I was greeted warmly (even at the ungodly hour of 0630), the table was layed out with everything you could possibly want, the fresh, (and I mean fresh) warm bread was on the table along with fruit, cereals, milk and juice. I was asked if I wanted anything cooked the night before (i'm not a huge breakfast eater). Fresh coffee which was amazing arrived and I was set up for the day. Another guest had bacon and it looked incredible by the way.

The Room - I stayed in the white room. All i can say is thankyou! Large, clean, beautiful views with en-suite toilet/shower with hot water. (some places I've been to can't even manage that). Very comfortable bed, not too warm or too cold and provided with a kettle and a selection of teas and coffees. A great nights sleep was had.

Extras - Internet! There is free internet available and the rooms have little placards telling you what to do etc.

Summary - The bottom line is, its lovely, clean and the people and service is amazing. Definitely on my list of places to stay again.

Short Notice stay

My partner and I recently stayed at Manor Farm for a weekend break, to meet up with old school friends in Bath. The B and B was situated on a working farm on the outskirts of a delightful Cotswold village. 
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a super comfortable super king bed, and modern en-suite bathroom. 
The hosts were very welcoming and we were made to feel very much at home during our stay.
Katherine’s full English breakfast was to die for... as was her delicious home made bread!
All in all, a truly relaxing getaway... an authentic countryside retreat...
We will definitely be back!!!

Great place for a country break!

I stayed in white room, only room with a lock. Shabby cleanish(cobwebs addded  character ), but not spotless & bath towels and robes very tired. Fire exit in bathroom. Lots of overloaded plug sockets. Out of date milk. Way to many mirrors 7 in total. Views was nice, very close to the wedding venue. Odd rule no shoes in house and the owners were seen in dressing gowns and there kids & cats running about house. It’s not a stand alone b & b it’s top floor of there own living quarters. Nice breakfast just too many eggs. Expect a muddy/ dirty farmyard. If you heading for wedding it is only way in and out. Can be easily missed from road as signs are all tired hand written. Ample parking though. WiFi is available but not very strong in rooms at the very top of house. The tv is flatscreen but small.

Farmhouse stay

We had a wedding to attend close by, this was a perfect location for us. Manor Farm is easily located, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms and a very warm, friendly experience. Sunday morning breakfast was a great way to start the day - a treat, i would thoroughly recommend you to stay here.
